Mountains of Hope

As the winter holidays were rapidly approaching Collette Houston Ong and Katrina Weithman visited the LVHN Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center to deliver the $25,000 check from our 1st Annual Mountains of Hope Event back in October 2021 at Pocono Farms Country Club. It was a privilege for Collette and Katrina to be on-site at the LVHN – Pocono Cancer Center to participate in this transition of our fund-raising efforts. J. David Woods, Director, LVHN-Pocono Foundation provided these words on the event and all our efforts: The LVHN-Pocono Foundation is truly grateful for the generous support from the 1st Annual Mountains of Hope Event. A special thanks to Collette Houston and her inspiring team who were instrumental in making their inaugural event an enormous success. The $25,000 they raised to benefit clinical research ensures that our patients will continue to receive world class cancer care. With the full support of our clinical leaders across the Network, we look forward to a long and meaningful partnership with this wonderful organization.
