General Information
1. Tooling for our products can be created by a variety of techniques and tooling charges vary with size, method of manufacture, and type of art and die modeling required. ARTWORK FORMATS 1. Black and white camera ready artwork. 2. Vector art: Adobe Illustrator (PC/Mac) or Corel Draw (PC). 3. Bitmap art — black and white, no shading, not anti-aliased (TIF, JPG, EPS). 4. Scans should be larger than actual size and at least 300 dpi. We can also accept laser printed art at a minimum of 600 dpi and at a scale of at least 4:1. We will develop art for jobs with reference material not complying with these guidelines, but additional development costs may be charged. 5. Creation of artwork will be charged at $75(G) per hour (1/2 hour minimum).
2. For all products we prepare a basic art layout for your approval. After art approval, we submit pre-production proofs only when requested and charges may apply for certain products. Please contact factory. 3. Our tooling and die development charge is a one time charge to cover all dies and production molds. This charge does not repeat with reorders if reorder is for same product with no changes. We maintain all models, molds, dies, and tools as our property for your exclusive use. Production Time After pre-production sample has been approved, we will begin production to meet your needs. requirements. Please be specific about your exact use date so that we can schedule and ship most efficiently. Rush Orders: Just ask, we’ll make every accommodation possible. Shipping 1. Prices are FOB factory in Indiana. Please specify method of shipment and carrier or we will use our best judgment. 2. No charge for drop shipping entire order to one destination. 3. Multiple destination shipments: add $5.00(Z) per destination plus actual shipping charges. Overruns and Under-runs We make every attempt to ship the exact quantity ordered, but we reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over/under quantity ordered. Less than Minimum Acceptable minimum is lowest quantity listed for each product as described in catalog. Some exceptions can be made for specific products. Logobearing merchandise can only be purchased by or through the company to which the logos or symbols belong. Personalization Most of our products can be personalized with individual names or event or tournament names. Our in-house laser and mechanical engraving insures quick, accurate turn-around time on both metal and leather products. Personalization is a low cost option that increases value and appreciation for our products. Engraving or laser cost (A): add $1.50 for most products, set up charge for straight line copy $15.00. Typewritten instructions are required.
Customer Supplied Insertions IMC will insert customer supplied material (cards, bar codes, etc) at minimum rate of $0.25(G). We are happy to quote complicated insertions upon request. Customer Supplied Packaging IMC will quote, on request, inserting our product in customer supplied packaging. Mechanical and Laser Engraving Most of our metal products can be mechanically engraved by diamond cut engraving or deep rout engraving. If not specified within each product category, please request information.
