The ideal candidate must be able to trouble shoot efficiently and accurately. Direct mechanics with time lines on repairs. Must be self-motivated, well organized, able to multi task, an excellent communicator and able to work well with others and with minimal supervision. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible duties as a mechanic required, must own your own tools. Welding and fabrication experience preferred and previous leadership skills a plus.
