4. Before deciding to abandon a match, the referees shall consult with the Team Managers and the Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
UNIFORMS 1. Teams must be properly dressed in team colours at all matches. at all times jerseys should be worn in pants. all shorts must be worn up to the waist. 2. All players are expected to have clearly printed numbers at the back and front of their uniforms and players must not have duplicate numbers. 3. Players should at all times demonstrate a high level of sportsmanship and discipline on and off the field of play.
