MICHELLE RABIDEAU
Vice Chairman, Kappa Delta Foundation Michelle is current president of the Saint Mary’s Foundation and has more than 24 years of professional fundraising experience alongside her role as Vice Chairman for the Kappa Delta Foundation. A resident of East Grand Rapids, Michigan, she has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan and with the Benjamin Franklin Award for Outstanding Fundraising Professional. She also is board member of the Michigan Women’s Foundation. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public administration.
ALLISON RICKELS, CFRE
Executive Director and CEO, The FarmHouse Foundation Allison is the first and only woman to serve as CEO of a men’s fraternity foundation, leading the foundation for 12 years, with 18 years on staff. She is President of the Foundation for Fraternal Excellence, serving on the Board for six years, and received the William D. Jenkins Outstanding Professional Award in 2013. She is also on the Board of Directors for the University of Northern Iowa’s Alumni Association. She is active with her sorority, Alpha Phi, as President of her alumnae chapter and on the Quarterly Editorial Board. Additionally, she is a 10-year faculty member of her AFP Chapter’s Fundraising 101 Seminar. Allison and her staff received the prestigious MidAmerica AFP Chapter’s Excellence in Fundraising Award. Allison and her husband have two daughters and live in Kansas City, Missouri.

President and Partner, Ter Molen Watkin and Brandt In addition to his role at TWB, Don also serves as the President of Greek Giving. From 2001-2005, he served as the Associate Executive Director of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Foundation. Don has over 20 years of experience working for several of the most respected universities and medical centers in the country.
DAN STEVENS
Co-Founder and VP of Business Development, Windfall Data Dan is a co-founder and VP of Business Development at Windfall. Prior to Windfall, Dan worked in strategy and operations at leading data and marketing technology companies including LiveRamp (acquired by Acxiom) and Radius Intelligence.
