INTRODUCE First I'm kind thanks to her lecturer has created the conditions for us to lecture on the subject "the opportunities and challenges that the industry 4.0 brings back" which was a lot of interest today. As you know, we've been through three of the biggest revolution in the history of humanity and to the revolution is now 4.0.The industrial revolution 4.0 will take place on 3 main areas include biotechnology, digital and physical. The core elements of digital industrial revolution in 4.0 will be: artificial intelligence (AI), all connected-the Internet of Things (IoT) and large data (Big Data). On the field of biotechnology, industrial revolution 4.0 focuses on research to create the leap in agriculture, fisheries, food processing, medicine, environmental protection, renewable energy, chemistry and materials. The last is the field of physics with a new generation of robots, 3D printer, car, new materials (graphene, skyrmions...) and nanotechnology. Does the industrial revolution 4.0 in developed countries such as America, Europe, other parts of Asia.Besides the new industrial revolution, 4.0 also poses many challenges for the human face especially for students, students while sitting on the bench the school should strive to better learning can contribute to small in the process the ascent of the society.

PART I: WHAT IS REVOLUTION 4.0?
The first industrial revolution used water and steam energy to mechanize production. The second revolution took place through the application of electricity to mass production. The third revolution uses electronics and information technology to automate production. Now, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is flourishing from the third revolution that combines technologies together, blurring the boundaries between physics, digital and biotechnology

PART I: WHAT IS REVOLUTION 4.0?
Firstly, The core elements of Digital 4.0 in CMCN will be: AI, Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be defined as a branch of computer science that involves the automation of intelligent or intelligible behaviors for understanding: intelligence of machines created by humans.

PART I: WHAT IS REVOLUTION 4.0?
Internet of things(IoT)
Internet of thing (IoT) is when everything is connected to each other through the Internet, users (hosts) can control all their stuff over the network with just one smart device, such as smartphone, tablet, PC or even a small smartwatch in hand.

PART II: THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT REVOLUTION 4.0 BRINGS
Opportunity
Create advantages for economic development. The application of new technologies enables the promotion of labor productivity and the ability to raise incomes and improve the quality of life for people. Ability to transform production, management and administration systems for local firms. In the field of defense, security, technological developments can be shortened (can also increase) the gap in the potential of the forces of different countries.

Artifical intelligence will gradually replace ordinary people and many in the fields, while the population is constantly increasing, job loss will produce more evils, more complex political issues, a great threat to many people, the community. But it can not be prevented that the law of development, sacrifice of loss is indispensable and necessary. The revolution can bring greater inequality, especially in the ability to break down the labor market. By replacing the automation of labor across the economy, the net displacement of workers by machines can increase the gap between income and capital returning to labor. On the other hand, it is also possible that the shift of technology workers will increase the total amount of safe and rewarding work.
