1995 Erin Foley Cronin and her husband Scott Cronin are happy to announce the birth of their first daughter, Colleen Emma Cronin, born on August 15, 2012 in Sarasota, Florida. The proud grandparents are David Foley ’58 and Darlene Foley, also of Sarasota.

2000 Sarah Smith Picard and husband Rick Picard ’99 welcomed the birth of their second child Ryan Joseph Picard in May 2013.

2001 Gregory Knight married Sandra O’Keefe on July 27, 2013. Gregory lives in PA and said he loves reading the magazine and his parents read it too. Greg ended his note with “Thank you for the great efforts made to keep the alumni connected.”

Currently he lives and teaches in the Boston Area. Brett Levanto and his wife Holly welcomed their daughter, Ellarene (Ellie) Marie Levanto, on September 6, 2013. Ellie was born to a family with deep roots at the Academy. Her great grandparents Maria Brayman Friswell ’39 and the late Dr. John Friswell ’35 and the late John Levanto ’40 as well as her grandparents Bonnie Friswell Levanto ’66 and David Levanto ’64 along with her dad, three uncles and many, many cousins are all Academy alums!

2004 Amy Jancewicz and her life partner, David Chmielecki, welcomed their first child, a son, Wyatt Jacob, on November 1, 2012. Wyatt’s godmother is Isabel DelVecchio ’04. Amy and her family live in Wisconsin where she is currently a PhD candidate in the Cellular and Molecular Biology program at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, studying the genetic mechanisms of polyamines in plant stress response.
