You have dedicated your life to the advancement of international fluency, driven by a passion for the

Dr. Virginia Hill Rice has retired as a Professor Emeritus after 30 years of teaching, research, and service at the Wayne State University College of Nursing and the Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit, Michigan.
