Kehoe Melissa Ann Dooner and Pat rick A lexa nder Kehoe were married on Oct. 29, 2011 at the Chapel of St. Thomas Aquinas, on the campus of University of St. Thomas, St. Paul. A reception followed at Blaisdell Manor in Minneapolis. Melissa is the daughter of the late Scott Dooner and Terri and Todd Nelson of Chaska. She graduated from Chaska High School and University of St Thomas with her degree in Human Resources. She works for the Jane Addams Hull House in Chicago, IL. Patrick is the son of John and Maria Kehoe of Apple Valley. He graduated from Eastview High School and received his Marketing degree from St. Thomas. Patrick works for 3M as a sales representative for the Commercial Care division covering the Illinois and Iowa territory.

Megan Emma Murphy, of Hopkins, and Andrew Michael Bourne, of Chaska, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Megan is the daughter of Terri Murphy of Golden Valley and Tom Murphy of St. Michael. She is a graduate of Hopkins High School and is employed at Torrance Surgery Center. Andrew is the son of Wayne and Mary Bourne of Chaska. He is a graduate of Chaska High School and honorably served five years in the United States Navy. He is employed at Performance Team. A May 2 012 weddi ng is planned in Wayzata, after which the couple will return to California where they have their home.

Thrune Jen ni fer a nd Michael Thrune, of Chaska, announce the birth of their daughter Isabella Grace Thrune. Isabella was born at 2:32 p.m., Dec. 21, 2011 at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee. She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. Her eyes are blue and her hair is brown. Her brother is Michael Thrune II.

Carver man is Marine boot camp graduate

Pvt. Justin G. Nichols, 18, of Carver graduated from United States Marine Corps boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego on Dec. 21. Nichols successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD San Diego as one of 71 recruits in Training Platoon Lima Company, Platoon 3246. Following 21 days home on leave, he will report to Camp Pendleton for one month at Military Combat Training and will then complete his Military Occupation Specialty School at 29 Palms. Nichols will be stationed at his Permanent Duty Station

Announcement of Circle of Excellence managers was made during the annual North Central Managers’ Conference, which brought together Upper Midwest SUBWAY managers in 590 SUBWAY locations. At this meeting, Dahl was also inducted into the 2011 North Central SUBWAY Circle of Excellence, an elite group comprised of 33 top SUBWAY managers.
