... Equality of pay and opportunity in professions. So many women are paid less than men for doing the same work. They often don’t get hired for positions where men do. We need parity and equality in professional opportunities and in professional pay.
Having a voice in all the arenas—political, social, education. I think we’re still underestimated. Now, women are more independent, stronger and more educated, and I think that’s still the issue—that people don’t see that we are at that level.

I’d say the biggest problem with feminism today is that all of our focus on feminism is “white feminism.” … I feel like a lot of the voices of feminism today are like middle-class white, or rich and white, and that’s a big problem.
I feel there’s a lack of resources being put out to ladies to help them get an economic leg up on earning more, as well as resources in the community they can turn to. Not a lot of people have the time and ability to look into that, especially women. There’s a lot of stresses out here for women nowadays.

I think self-acceptance. Growing up, we’re not taught, and we forget that you need to love yourself and put yourself first. … You don’t need all the dresses, all the shoes, all the extra to define you as a beautiful woman.

“Love is a Fairytale”
The whole “Me Too” thing. Having men understand that they can no longer get away with sexual misconduct and treating us like we are objects for their purposes. And frankly, the patriarchal system as a whole thing that I would like to see go down in flames, and have the goddesses take over.
