For Los Angeles-based psych rock band Spindrift (pictured), there is more to music than touring and making albums. The band has produced two feature films and contributed to soundtracks for the likes of HBO’s East Bound & Down, the Quentin Tarantino-produced Hell Ride, and Viceland’s Hamilton’s Pharmacopeia. The group cites classic western films as influences alongside bands like The Doors and My Bloody Valentine. We reckon you ought to get down to Duffy’s Tavern this Friday (March 6), after sundown.
