In addition to the accreditation, patients of the Cancer Center have access to clinical trials, state-of-the-art technology, new treatment options and lifelong follow up. The Cancer Center recently upgraded their radiation features, with treatments that are shorter, more accurate, and provide patients with less treatments overall. This next generation machine has the ability to focus on a tumor in real time, which greatly lessens the damage to non-involved tissue.
