hroughout my apprenticeship I have learned that you do not have to have people working for you to be a leader. Leadership is a set of actions, not
a job title. Leadership is having integrity to do the right thing when no one is looking. Leadership is having concern for your coworkers and company to stop someone if you see them doing something unsafe. Leadership is doing what is right and hoping that people will follow suit.
