WHERE WILL THE DAY TAKE YOU?

LIFE MEASURED IN MOMENTS, NOT MINUTES. Time is our most precious resource. Yet we spend so much of it on things we’d rather not. Like long commutes, or errands across town. But what if you magically had more? Imagine, meandering down a winding trail. Taking sips of your morning coffee instead of gulps. That’s how it feels at Nexton. Here, time moves differently because Nexton is built differently. Long trails lead to places you want to go. (Think fewer steering wheels, more bicycle wheels.) To fun stuff, like happy hours and window shopping. Important stuff, like dentists and daycare. And, maybe, even to work. When all you want is a walk, ride or skip away, there’s no such thing as a wasted moment.

There's time and there's Nexton time. We warmly invite you to come feel the difference.

NORTH CREEK MARKETPL ACE NORTH CREEK

Run errands? More like speed-run. At North Creek Marketplace you can get a car wash, stock up on charcoal for the grill, pick up the dry cleaning, grab some buffalo wings for dinner and still have time to treat yourself to a double chocolate cone. MIDTOWN CLUB MIDTOWN

It’s not just a pool. Or a weight room. Or a fitness studio. Or a work-from-home-away-from home. It’s all of those things and a bit more, just a short walk or bike ride away.

WORKPL ACES THROUGHOUT NEXTON

From C-suites to coworking spaces, small businesses to sunny hotspots in the park, Nexton really means business. In fact, we’re now the region’s third largest job center. (Nice work, everyone!)

BROWN FAMILY PARK ROSE & FRONT STREETS

This is way more than a park. This is a concertgoing, frisbee-throwing, picnic-and-playtimepalooza — and it’s just steps from Nexton Square.

NEXTON SQUARE NEXTON SQUARE

Take the night off from the couch and the kids: you’re past due for a date night. Have a margarita (or two!) over tapas, indulge in a slice of pecan pie, and make a mental note to come back for those cute dangly earrings in the boutique window.

PARKS & TRAILS THROUGHOUT NEXTON

Bike. Walk. Run. Hop. Skip. Saunter. Chill. When almost half of the community is devoted to parks and nature — with an extensive trail system connecting it all — you’re sure to live a whole lot differently.

SWIM CLUB BRIGHTON PARK VILLAGE

Swimming is just the beginning at this resort-style destination. Sure, you can take a dip, a dive, or a lap. You can take the kids up on a splash pad edition of Simon Says. Or you can have a sun-soaked afternoon all to yourself.

DOG PARK BRIGHTON PARK VILLAGE

Jumps, tunnels and obstacles. Soft grass and towering trees. Separate spaces for lap dogs and definitely-not lap dogs. If your dog could talk, this park just might leave him speechless.

THERE’S NO WRONG WAY TO EAT SUSHI. The traditional way is to use your fingers, so you can appreciate the rice’s texture. Chopsticks are usually reserved for eating Sashimi (raw fish). But, hey, if you have to break out a fork you won’t be turned away. Because there’s only one real rule when it comes to eating sushi: you should enjoy it. And you certainly will at Nexton’s very own Fuji Sushi. The chefs at Fuji Sushi consistently garner rave reviews online and IRL. Maybe that’s because this isn’t their first California Roll, so to speak. It’s not even their first restaurant. Fuji Sushi in Nexton marks five locations opened since 2009. And it shows. Expect an effortlessly enticing atmosphere, Insta-worthy dish presentation, and a menu that caters to even the most discerning palate. Now the real question is, what to order? A few spring rolls to start, bursting with crisp vegetables and steaming bits of shrimp. Of course, you’ll need a sushi platter to share. A freshly rolled medley of tuna, yellow tail, crab, salmon — it’s chef ’s choice, so you never know which delicacies

LET ’S EAT, Y ’ALL AGAVES CANTINA From cheesy nachos to cinnamony churros, all your Mexican favorites are prepared with an eye for color, taste and authenticity. Carnitas sopes, anyone? THE BACKYARD BIERGARTEN Kick back with your family and friends and knock back a cold beer (or two) at the fun, casual Backyard Beirgarten. Prost! BAD DADDY’S BURGER BAR Think you’ve had great burgers? Ha! Try the Magic Mushroom Burger — three kinds of ’shrooms plus truffle aioli and arugula. BKEDSHOP These are some fan-favorite donuts, thanks to brioche dough, yeastraised for the perfect soft-to-chewy ratio. Good coffee to go with, too. BUFFALO WILD WINGS Sometimes the only thing that will satisfy you is a spicy, saucy, messy batch of wings. And when that craving hits, here’s where you go.

to expect. If you’re feeling spicy (literally) order a special roll. Volcano or Dynamite, perhaps? And a chilled glass of sake is a no-brainer. If fish (raw or otherwise) isn’t your jam, Fuji Sushi still brings plenty to the table. A hibachi grill makes for fun and flavor, as fresh ingredients are grilled up right before your eyes. A small (yet expertly executed) number of noodle dishes grace the menu, soups and ramen perfect for enjoying during cooler weather. Lunch-breakers aren’t forgotten, either. Order a bento box for an assortment of well-balanced flavors. And a lunch hour special — any two rolls with miso and salad — is the perfect excuse to step away from the screen for an hour or so. (Or, if you time it just right, you can roll right into happy hour.) All in all, you really can’t go wrong at Fuji Sushi. Fork or no.

A LOCAL’S GUIDE TO NEVER COOKING AT HOME AGAIN. JUST KIDDING. SORT OF.

CAROLINA ALE HOUSE Go Tigers! Go Gamecocks! Go pulled pork sandwiches and frosty mugs of IPA at this lively, TV-lined sports bar!

EVER CREAMERY Choosing isn’t easy between ridiculously tasty ice cream flavors like Alphonso mango, tiramisu and Argentine sea salt caramel.

POOGAN’S SOUTHERN KITCHEN Why do we (and The Travel Channel) adore the Lowcountry? Let us count the ways … starting with the creamy she-crab soup.

VICIOUS BISCUIT You’ll want to line up early for the decadent biscuits at this family-born business with a cult following. (Trust us, it’s worth it.)

THE CODFATHER Calling all British expats — or any colonist hankering for proper fish and chips. This Charleston favorite is now open in Nexton.

HALLS CHOPHOUSE At this nationally award-winning restaurant, the ribeyes are calling — flawlessly seared and selected from the finest .5 to 1% cuts in the country.

SCOOP 50FIFTY ICE CREAM What do you get when you cross 50 premium ice cream flavors (think Bourbon Pecan Pie) with 50 toppings? An infinity of utterly personalized sundaes.

VIVA CHICKEN The Peruvian rotisserie chicken you didn’t know you needed. Irresistibly marinated, charcoal roasted and partnered with surprising sides like plantain, yuca and more.

NY BUTCHER SHOPPE Fancy up your dinner table with top quality meat, wine and prepared dishes at this haven for foodies. They cater, too.

SPORTSBOOK Watch sports Vegas-style with tickers and big screen TVs. But eat SC-style with just-caught shrimp on your po’boy.

PAGE’S OKRA GRILL When Southern Living features your shrimp and grits, you’re doing something right. Downhome and family owned.

TACO BOY The struggle is real — but try not to default to the legendary tacos. Opt for a yummy Taco Boy Salad. Plus a marg, since you’re being so good.

THE CO-OP Yes way Frosé! The Co-op has perfected these sweet, frozen concoctions (in a ton of varieties, we might add). Cheers to these world-famous flavors coming soon to The Hub. D’ALLESANDRO’S PIZZA All the ingredients of a great neighborhood hangout. Good music. Cold beer. And thin crust, handtossed, Philly-inspired pizza. DICKEY’S BBQ PIT The pros at Dickey’s BBQ have been slinging sandwiches (and ribs, and sausage, and sides, and more) since 1941. Mouth-melty goodness? Mmmm-hmmm.

PICKLE BAR Pickleball fanatics and wannabes, this one’s for you. An inspired mix of outdoor courts and coaching, plus yard games, a bar and Southerninspired food. Is this heaven?

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE Go ahead, virtue signal. Sip on that kale, coconut and lime smoothie. Or go hearty with a wrap or flatbread.

NEXTON

There’s only one Nexton. But there are many, many, many ways to live here. Each of Nexton’s villages is distinct, with a character and rhythm all its own. And within each village, you find homes of all shapes and sizes, each with a unique interpretation of Lowcountry style. So when it comes to choosing how you want to live, you have choices on top of choices. THE VILL AGES

Midtown, our newest village, puts you at the center of the Nexton universe, surrounded by parks, the awesome Midtown Club, and a pleasant bike ride or golf cart trip from great restaurants and shops. Tucked among woods, North Creek gives you ready access to schools, parks, eateries and other conveniences. And in Del Webb Nexton, your easy-living home comes with resort-level amenities — the best of 55+ living. THE HOMES

By our last count, Nexton offers almost four dozen different home designs. Tall, elegant townhomes. Cottages dripping in Lowcountry charm. And so many different single-family homes — from family-size to right-size — you’re sure to find one that fits your life and your style.

RENT THE HOME, OWN THE LIFESTYLE Maybe you’re waiting for your home to be finished. Or homeownership just isn’t your jam. With a wide variety of apartments sprinkled across many villages, Nexton lets you handpick the place that's right for you.

THE MURRAY There’s something delightfully unfamiliar about the open-concept, super-stylish, can’t-believe-these-amenities-are-mine lifestyle you’ll find at The Murray.

VILLAS AT NEXTON These stand-alone apartments are truly stand-alone, bursting with cottage-style charm, extra space in all the right places, and private, fenced-in yards.

ELEVATE AT BRIGHTON PARK With a resident Biergarten, saltwater pool, and luxurious floorplan features and finishes, everydays and vacation days might not feel that far apart.

THE ISAAC Cravable dining, everyday conveniences, park and trail access, school drop-offs: The Isaac is perfectly positioned to put you at the pulse of it all.

PARKS AT NEXTON Blend in? Not at the Parks at Nexton, which features bold apartments, contemporary style, and a suite of oh-no-they-didn’t amenities.

SOLIS NEXTON It’s quite something walking into apartments as beautiful as these. It’s also quite something to be within walking distance of quite-a-lot of everything.

MEET YOU AT M I D TO W N A FRESH MIX OF HOME, TOWN AND NATURE

P

laces (at least the interesting ones) are a lot like people. They don’t sit still. They evolve. They find fresh inspiration. They grow in wisdom and character. They surprise you. That’s why Midtown isn’t just a vibrant village in Nexton. It’s the next level of Nexton. An even deeper expression of our very best thinking on what makes a community beautiful, livable and lovable. Let’s talk nature, something so quintessentially Nexton. In Midtown, everyday life feels even more integrated with the elements. A series of canals and ponds (we call them blueways), winds throughout the village, providing a lovely backdrop for your midday pick-me-up stroll. Because there’s just something magical about living close to water — and the feathered company it keeps, like Midtown’s regularly spotted cormorants, egrets, herons and geese. Deer, turkey and other wildlife are also attracted to these open spaces. Kind of like the people who live here.

Today, Midtown is alive with activity — indoors and out. Its first major amenity, The Midtown Club, is now open. Drop by for a pickleball match. Or a quick workout in the fitness room. On your way home, wave to neighbors chatting on the front porch. There’s a neighborliness in Midtown that’s true to Nexton, which makes perfect sense. After all, Midtown is in the middle of Nexton, and a multipurpose trail makes connecting with the rest of the community easy. At a yoga class or outdoor concert. While grabbing a lunch at Nexton Square or running errands at North Creek. And don’t forget, Midtown will have its very own neighborhood conveniences like these, too. Midtown is a place where the great outdoors is even greater. Where a wider variety of residences (including many, many more homes available now) offers more high-tech smarts and fresh Lowcountry style. And where all of this comes together to give you a richer, healthier, more delightful day.

AT HOME IN MIDTOWN Here in Midtown, the home choices are many. And if we do say so ourselves, quite marvelous. In the mood for adorable or dramatic? Searching for family-size or just-the-right-size? In love with the idea of a huge porch in front with garage in back or garage in front and a big yard in back? Or perhaps you’re just looking forward to having no stairs and maybe no yard work. Not only does Midtown have a little something for you, it has a lot of wonderful somethings for you. All handcrafted by the best builders in the region. And now available. Giving you even more to love about Nexton.

or a moment, just consider all the stuff you’d like to have close to home. A resort-style swimming pool (naturally). A well-equipped fitness center. A yoga studio. Maybe some tennis courts. And pickleball courts. And is it too much to ask for some lounge space, a park and a playground?

F

We think not. In fact, the Midtown Club gives you that whole list of goodies and a whole lot more. All included in your Brighton Park Village, Midtown or Del Webb HOA dues. And all just steps from your new home in Midtown — or a short bike ride from everywhere else.

THE POOL

A magnificent meandering lagoon with lap lanes for you, and fun zones and squirt jets for the kids. Surrounded by abundant deck areas, both sunny and shady. And if you live in Midtown, feel free to enjoy the Swim Club in Brighton Park Village as well. O U T S I D E S PA C E S

An event lawn (think food trucks and movie nights). A bigger lawn for soccer and flag football games. A covered pavilion and inventive play structures. Lighted pickleball and tennis courts. And for those times when you just want to zen out, benches, a burbling kettle fountain and the serenity of shade trees and lush native plantings. FITNESS, FLEX & YOGA

Not just a fitness room, but a studio very nicely outfitted with cardio, circuit and weight training equipment and a window that lets you keep an eye on the kiddos as you’re working out. Not just a club room, but a flex room big enough for banquet suppers, speaker series and large fitness classes. Not just a yoga studio, but a purpose-designed room where the doors can be flung wide for open-air sessions. THE LIVING ROOM

WELL, WELL WELLNESS

SUMMERVILLE, SC

Would it surprise you to find a community that emphasizes health as much as it does homes? That weaves wellness — physical, emotional and environmental — right into the community plan? That sets aside one-third of its land to be used as protected, wooded, wonderful nature? Not if you’ve been to Nexton, because around here we do all that. After all, healthy living is a cornerstone of what makes Nexton, well, Nexton.

WALK THE WALKABILITY

HEALTH IS IN NEXTON’S DNA

The world’s healthiest communities have one thing in common: walkability. Study after study has shown that walkable neighborhoods are more diverse, more resilient and, believe it or not, friendlier. All of which makes the people who live in them healthier and happier. Now you know why we designed Nexton to be walkable, not to mention bikeable, joggable, skippable and scooterable.

When a bright pink BandAid just won’t do the trick, you’ll be relieved to have state-of-the-art medical facilities right next door. In fact, the emphasis Nexton places on healthy living has helped attract some of the medical community’s best and brightest. So you can take care of everything from physicals to physical therapy right here.

PLAY AWAY

CHECK OUT THE WORKOUT HERE

Studies have shown that spending just five minutes enjoying the outdoors can bring stress levels down. Isn’t that something? Luckily, Nexton has 50 (50!) unique parks at your disposal. This means no matter where you hang your hat in Nexton, there’s always a manicured green space — and the perfect shady spot for a nap — close by.

WORKOUT[DOORS] Finding a great space to work out can be as easy as stepping outside your front door. Local nutrition coach Cory McBee and her husband, TJ, put together a 20-40 minute cardio and bodyweight circuit that shines a light on the workout potential of Nexton’s many outdoor places and spaces.

NORTH CREEK VILLAGE North Creek Village is an intimate enclave — not too big, not too small — tucked into the woods of Nexton. Things feel more relaxed. More intimate, nurturing and neighborhood-y. (Yes, that’s a word.) Life here is a little easier, with convenient access to parks, community pools, shopping, good schools and I-26. Step onto a trail and roam for miles. Head over to the neighborhood pool with the kids. Or maybe meet your friends at the park for your Saturday evening barbecue ritual. And with True Homes and Centex offering a variety of homes, from family-sized two-stories to no-stair one-stories, North Creek makes life easier in all sorts of ways.

55+ PLUS A LOT OF NEW AT

DEL WEBB

Del Webb Nexton is a place where you can catch a trail down to the Core for a few laps in the pool, a long chat with the neighbors or just to hang out with a latte and a good book. There you’ll also find sports courts, a fitness center and rooms for clubs and other activities. But that’s not all. You’ll also find a slew of brand-new floor plans (aptly named GenYou™) that celebrate flowing spaces, flexibility and comfort for the way you want to live.

W H AT I S I T ABOUT

Charleston

CHARLESTON IS A MAGICAL MIX OF OLD AND NEW, THE PAST AND THE POSSIBILITIES.

hen you hear Charleston has been named the #1 small city in the U.S. for ten out of the last eleven years, it’s easy to say “of course.” But it’s hard to describe the essence of this place, what makes it so special. After all, when a city has been around for 350 years, there’s a lot to cover. You see the cobblestone streets. The columns and shutters and gas lanterns that hold years … no, make that centuries ... of stories about the area.

W

So, we suppose that’s where we’ll start. With a few of the “must see” landmarks. Like that famous trio of antebellum and Civil War heritage sites: Rainbow Row, The Battery and Fort Sumter. The many houses of worship that speak to Charleston’s legacy of religious tolerance and inspired one of Charleston’s nicknames: the Holy City. The Angel Oak Tree, an impossibly huge 400-year-old live oak. The Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon, where you can hear tales of patriots and pirates. And though not technically a landmark, the 90 miles of coastline — with its world-class beaches — is a destination all its own.

beginnings. And opening in 2023, the International African American Museum will explore the history of African Americans in the South Carolina Lowcountry and examine their impact on the nation and world. The beautiful thing about Charleston? It honors the past, but it’s not stuck there. Maybe that’s why businesses like Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and Google have set up shop here. Why foodies flock to the city for its world-class fare. (And the grits. Always the grits.) Why serious shoppers are never disappointed. And why there are countless galleries and art festivals and music venues — including the North Charleston Performing Arts Center, home to touring Broadway productions and chart-topping musical artists. It’s this magical mix of old and new, the past and the possibilities, that has earned Charleston its spot in the hearts of tourists, the souls of residents, the pages of magazines, and the lists of best cities. And as sure as the magnolias bloom every spring, we think you’ll love it here too.

Then there are the museums. Both the South Carolina Historical Society Museum and The Charleston Museum feature clothing and artifacts that tell a fascinating story of the area’s

LIKE A LOCAL There are some Charleston hot spots everyone needs to cross off their list (even we have a pineapple fountain pic) but for a more nuanced take, let’s trust those lucky enough to be locals. FOR SEAFOOD SHEM CREEK

It doesn’t get more up-close and personal than watching shrimp boats roll in with the day’s catch and dolphins swim by. Grab a bite then take a boardwalk stroll for unforgettable, panoramic views. FOR AN ESCAPE FOLLY BEACH

Funky and fun, this come-as-youare beach is packed with shops, restaurants and old-fashioned Southern charm. (Plus, the sunsets can't be beat!) FOR ART THE GEORGE GALLERY

Highly modern with a Southern twist, this lively, sunlit gallery lets contemporary art shine. Find carefully curated selections of local and national talent displayed with panache. FOR PERFORMING ARTS DOCK STREET THEATER

HAVE YOU BEEN TO SUMMERVILLE?

It’s like a little slice of Charleston. Except it may have more azaleas. And it’s closer to Nexton. Enjoy quaint shops, great dining, farmers markets and outdoor adventure. Spend an hour taking a historic home walking tour. Tube down the East Edisto River. Find a treasure in one of the antique stores. And since Summerville is the birthplace of sweet tea, don’t leave without tipping back a cold glass.

Since its first performance in 1736 (a hit comedy following the social and sexual exploits of two British officers) this recently renovated showstopper remains a Charleston favorite to this day. FOR A SHOW CHARLESTON MUSIC HALL

With a history as impressive as the artists who grace its storied stage, the Charleston Music Hall is music to any music lover’s ears. (Stunning acoustics and architecture? Bravo.)

WHY GLOBAL COMPANIES LOVE THE LOWCOUNTRY What once was a sleepy, shrimp-and-grits-loving small town seems to have become an international economic destination overnight. Exciting? Yes. Surprising? Not really. There’s a lot about Charleston — both of the moment and centuries in the making — that has set us up to be a major player on the global stage. (Fortunately, our love for grits won’t change.)

Then there are our people. Turns out, they’re just as likely to fix you a glass of sweet tea as they are to fix issues with a diesel fuel injector production line. Because the cordial citizens of Charleston also happen to be among the most skilled and educated populations in the country. And big names are noticing. Google, Volvo, Mercedes Sprinter Vans and Bosch (among many other international heavy hitters) have chosen to set up shop here. We’re talking regional hubs, best-in-class facilities, global headquarters, you name it. And if the Lowcountry is at the top of their lists … perhaps it’s worth adding to yours.

Take Charleston’s location. It’s perfectly positioned for global, regional, and down-the-street connection. A recently renovated (and growing) international airport offers non-stop service to 37 destinations. A spot so desirable that Boeing now builds 787 Dreamliners here. Easy access to a deep-water shipping port doesn’t hurt, either, offering weekly service to more than 150 international destinations. And the town’s world-class restaurants, charming boutiques and vibrant arts scene are always a hop, skip and a saunter away.

NEXTON: A N E V O LV E D WORKPL ACE So often, the most powerful inventions are based on the most basic ideas. Take Nexton, for example. It has become Metro Charleston’s third major job center, a top-tier location for retailers, restaurants and companies. And it’s built on the simple premise that what’s good for humans is good for business. What do we mean by “good for humans”? For starters, Nexton’s convenience level is off the charts. It’s also really, really connected. Physically via miles of pathways. But also technologically through fiber network speeds of up to 8 gigabits per second (see sidebar). Nature is sprinkled in there, too. And by “sprinkled” we mean “saturated.” Because nature is important to wellbeing. And there’s no such thing as too much.

WIRED FOR SUCCESS WHETHER YOU’RE WFH OR IRL, NAVIGATING ONLINE SCHOOL OR ’90S ROMCOMS, YOU WANT REALLY FAST INTERNET.

Good news, tech-lovers (and aren’t we all?). You’ve come to the right place. Powered by GigaFi™, Nexton is South Carolina’s first gigabit community, supplying every home and office with a 100% fiber connection. Think crisp, ultra high-def movies. Almostlike-you’re-there video conferences. And crazy-fast cloud storage. The new news: Nexton residences can now experience affordable, hyperfast 2-gigabit per second internet speeds. And businesses can upgrade to blinding fast speeds of up to 8 Gbps. That’s a major level-up for transferring hefty files, teleconferencing around the world and providing exceptional digital service to customers near and far. GET THE GIGADETAILS AT

Look up from your evening walk, and you’ll probably spot shooting stars and constellations that go way beyond your basic Big Dipper. Nexton’s dark, gorgeous skies come from street lights designed to reduce light pollution. And with energy-efficient LED lamps to help brighten the future of our own little planet.

MEET MAC, THE TOWN FORESTER MAC K N OWS T HE T REES ARO UN D HERE LIK E O LD FRIEN DS. BECAUS E HE PLAN T E D MO S T O F TH E M.

Before Nexton was … well, Nexton … it was a tree farm. For over 100 years the land was managed by a team of foresters, growing and re-growing loblolly and longleaf pines to meet South Carolina’s pulp, timber and paper mill needs. Forest management continues today but for a different purpose, to create healthy habitat for both human and wildlife populations. In fact, second-generation forester Mac Baughman continues to do for Nexton what he did for the Lowcountry’s pine populations over the past few

decades – carefully balancing the needs of nature with the needs of humans. His work trimming, thinning and maintaining the trees helps them grow tall and strong enough to resist heavy winds, with healthy water-absorbing root systems, and full crowns that provide just the right amount of shade while letting sunlight reach the forest floor so native plants can grow and wildlife can thrive. With 1,000 acres of woods and wetlands within Nexton, preserved in perpetuity, Mac has a big job to do. And it keeps on growing.

THE NEXTON LIFE There’s the community of Nexton. And then there’s the Nexton community. The feeling — among your friends, co-workers and neighbors — that you’ve all happened upon something kind of special. A place that naturally brings people together. In the parks, on the trails, at the pools … and at a full calendar of events, both organized by the full-time Lifestyle Director and those that spontaneously pop up on front porches and in backyards.

WHAT DO YOUR DUES DO? Your moderate investment gives you perks aplenty. A comment we hear a lot is that Nexton seems to get more beautiful, fun and life-enriching every year. That’s not by accident. Built into the plan for Nexton is a set of funding programs that allow Nexton to invest in itself (in other words, our awesome lifestyle) as the community matures. One of these programs, the Nexton Improvement District, simply replaces a city property tax. And the Nexton Property Owners Association and community enhancement fund are what help Nexton feel so … Nexton. These residentsupported programs fund community-bonding festivals and clubs, and the good care of so many places to play — like swim clubs, playgrounds, trails, and parks for people and their dogs too. So as wonderful as life in Nexton is now, it’s only going to keep getting better.

With all our outdoor concerts, maybe Brown Family Park should have been named Brown Musical Park.
