DMIT — Pray that Christian believers will admit their struggle with pornography. Scripture Truth “He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will find compassion” (Proverbs 28:13). Admit, “Yes, porn is a struggle.” Pray that rather than justifying or excusing pornography, believers will admit their struggle to God, to themselves, and to caring people. Pray for freedom to be transparent in their acknowledgment of the issue. Pray for the power to resist Satan’s lies. Pray for God’s truth to reveal anything that is sinful and hidden. Pray that the chains of pornography’s hold will fall away and lose their power. The first of the 12 steps of Sexaholics Anonymous gives a good reminder for you as you begin to pray:
