COVID-19 TH GUIDELINES A N K YO U FOR PARADE OF HOMES VISITORS This is a challenging period worldwide as we are all forced to cope with the health risks of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. The Rio Grande Valley Builders Association’s (RGVBA) annual Parade of Homes is committed to the safety and health of its members and the public who attend this yearly fundraising event for the non-profit organization. We urge everyone to follow CDC Guidelines that will be enforced by Parade builders at their Parade homes for the health and safety of everyone participating in this event. Let’s do our best to avoid
THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY’S ANNUAL PARADE OF HOMES IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 12-13 & 19-20, THE 2021 RGVBA PARADE OF HOMES WILL SHOWCASE SOME OF THE MOST STUNNING HOMES IN THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. THE HOMES WILL BE OPEN, WITH NO ADMISSION FEES, FROM 10 A.M. TO 6 P.M. DURING THE PARADE DATES. The Parade of Homes will feature 20 or more homes from some of the Valley’s finest builders who are competing for Parade awards in a variety of categories. If you are shopping for a home, or planning to buy one in the future, this is one event you don’t want to miss. Parade visitors will be in for a visual treat. The Parade of Homes will include homes of all sizes, architectural styles, designs, and budgets, with locations in many new home communities throughout cities in the Rio Grande Valley. (See pg. 34 to see a map with communities that will host Parade entries this year.) We invite you to visit these homes, talk with the builders, and get a personal tour of their homes. At many of the entries, you will also be able to meet on-site mortgage lenders who can help answer questions and provide you with valuable financing information. This yearly event is an excellent opportunity to see the newest trends in exterior and interior design, as well as the beautiful, stylish building materials on the market today. With so many homes to see, the Parade of Homes Preview on the next page will help you make the best use of your time by mapping out the routes to the homes that fit your needs the most.
