Leave the M1 at Junction 26 and at the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the A610 signposted for Nottingham. At the next roundabout take the second exit signed A611 Hucknall/A6002 Bulwell. At the next two roundabouts take the second exit and continue on the A6002. Go straight on at the next set of lights to the traffic light junction and turn left onto the A611 signposted for Hucknall. Follow the A611 through the next set of traffic lights then at the roundabout take the second exit signposted B683 Papplewick/Bestwood Village. After passing the sign for Bestwood Village take the first right into Park Road and the development can be found a short distance on the right.

At the traffic light junction with the A617 continue straight ahead signposted Nottingham A60. Go straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights for approximately two and a half miles then turn right at the filter lane signposted B683 Pappelwick Village/Linby. Continue along the B683 through Papplewick Village to the T-junction with the B6011. Turn left then immediately right signed B683 for Bestwood and Hucknall. Continue down the B683 for approximately three miles into the village of Bestwood and turn left into Park Road.
