Client: Women’s Pioneer Housing Status: Planning Consent The highly constrained site in a conservation area has generated a design that uses a small courtyard for light and air to all internal spaces to maintain an external appearance of end of terrace garden wall. The plan occupies the entire site footprint and is arranged on two floors including one below ground level. The scheme has received planning consent from RBKC and due to start on site in 2016.
