Work and balance have always been a struggle for me The problem is I love work, so separating the two is near impossible. When I was asked to write this article I told one of our colleagues and they laughed and said, good luck, this should be the ultimate challenge for you I’ve been working internationally for 10 years now, (1 5 of those years with NewGlobe) and when I first started my family and friends said that the only reason I chose to travel abroad is so that I would have no one close enough to me that would yell at me to stop working all the time it didn’t work, members of the New Opps team still give me a hard time for it, but I do believe I am getting better at managing it Let me go ahead and try to outline how I solve the issue of work and balance in three different ways.
