I continuously remind myself that I must be open to feedback from my colleagues so I can make changes to improve my work. Interaction with people is crucial and requires good listening skills and effective communication.

My work involves creating and supporting the implementation of new ideas across teams within NewGlobe Through this, I offer knowledge, skills, opportunities and hands-on support to teams to create and implement new ideas For example, coaching writers and managers on how to develop teacher guides and the use of student performance data to inform instruction
