With apologies to David Letterman, and all the duffers who missed the cut, here are my Top 10 Boston Sports Media Golfers. 10. Dan Roche, WBZ-TV A North Andover native, Roche adores Merrimack Valley courses such as Andover, Indian Ridge, and Crystal Springs. An 18 handicap, his game favors wide open, Donald Ross-style courses and philanthropy. Says Roche,” I’ve been fortunate enough to play in events that have helped the Lawrence Boys & Girls Club, Lazarus House and others. Raising money for the events is what it’s all about. The kids that have come out of Boys & Girls clubs are amazing. I am in awe of them.”
