I hope you enjoy this issue, the first we have released for some time, and can see that our focus is all about listening to our customers and bringing you market-relevant solutions. Whilst this has always been the case, I am delighted that we are now back to shouting about everything we have available for you.

So much has happened since our last issue, which was published just after we opened our branch in Dungannon. Since then, we have gone on to open Mallusk in Spring 2021 and Lisburn later the same year. These 5 sites are soon to be joined by our latest opening in Enniskillen, due to open in the coming weeks. In an ever-changing aftermarket, we are committed, as a locally owned business, to enhance our range of stocked products and our customer service to you, with colleagues who you know and can trust.

Whilst we continue to grow, we remain focused in each site on providing a market-leading delivery service. This is backed up by our continual investment in additional and replacement vans. With a fleet of 42 delivery vehicles our branch managers are continually looking to enhance our service so you can minimize the amount of time that vehicles are in your garage.

This investment in stores, vans and people is underpinned by our investment in stock. In recent times we have added additional premium brands to our offering including Petronas, Brembo, Nissens & Exide alongside product line additions such as propshafts, body panels and the WD-40® range of products.

Our Equipment offering has been enhanced also. Offering Diagnostics, Air Conditioning, Battery Charging & Testing, ATF Flushing, and Brake Bleeding solutions through premium brands such as Bosch, Mahle, Hella Gutmann, Telwin and ATE, we continue to look for the tools you require for both standard work and the more complex jobs. I am hopeful that this will be enhanced later in the year also.

2023 has started well and we have plenty in the pipeline to keep us busy for the remainder of the year. By working closely with Bosch you can now register your Network Auto account on their eXtra website www.extra-rewards.co.uk to receive points whenever you buy any Bosch products from us.
