• Circlip: With this innovative circlip, the bearing is securely fastened in the axle carrier.

• Rolling rivet collar: The required bearing clearance is reliably established during production by the roller rivet collar. This reduces possible mounting errors.

• Low friction torque seal (LFT): By dispensing with a sealing lip, friction is reduced by 50 %. The modified design of the sealing labyrinth reliably prevents the penetration of dirt and moisture.

• Spur gearing: The patented spur gearing was developed to meet the increasing requirements for CO2 reduction. With the axial gearing in combination with the modified drive shaft, the transmittable torque can be increased, driving dynamics improved and installation simplified.
