In this time of deep self reflecting, retreating, and the arrival of the paradigm, many people are finding their intimate relationship with nature again by spending time out in the forest healing and discovering the language of the elements. It is not only about walking through nature, but allowing your energy to infuse with the powerful life force of nature, the sounds, and the Great Mother as one alignment.
Everyone on their spiritual path, wants to hear the voice of Spirit. What better way to connect with Spirit than through the voice of the forest and feeling the align‑ ments it holds in its wisdom and awareness. When you breathe, you can feel the activation of the alignment come together as the source of awareness.
But do you know how to listen to the language of stillness, the forest, and Spirit? The major mishap that many people make about hearing the voice of Spirit is they are first trying to listen on the outside of their body or create the conversation in their ‘sepa‑ rate self, thinking mind’. Spirit is not separate from you and often people are expecting it to appear like words in the human world.
Although, sometimes nature and Spirit speak in direct words, they are frequency words and lan‑ guage that first chimes with tones and pitch while moving up and down your Hara Line (inner spinal core area) like a breath. The more we adjust to being inwardly still, opening the heart, and listening on the inside of our body experience to the frequency and movement, the more we are open to listening to the voice of Spirit without an agenda.

When we are out in nature, the aliveness of Spirit is always pul‑ sating and thriving like the breath of the heartbeat. Everything is alive and pulsating with a spirit.
When you touch or pick up a rock, it is alive with ancient wisdom and healing power from the core of its spirit through the language of stillness. You will feel it shifting and cleansing your vibration, along with opening up your pathways to the Spiritual Heart of Surrender. Then you experience the Elder River of Wisdom from the rock flooding your Heart of Surrender related to your destiny experience in the moment. The wisdom births and arrives in and through the heart with streamlines of life force through your wisdom body mind (different than your separate self thinking mind) and the heart’s intelligence. In the moment of surrender, we feel grace arriving and guiding us through the open field of the wisdom of the natural world, in this case the rock.
Discovering the mystery of listen‑ ing in the forest through its design will not only help you reconnect your relationship with the forest, but help activate your true nature and destiny for humanity.
The journey inward, listening to what you can not hear will reconnect you to who you are as a seeding contributor to humanity. Listening to what you can not hear is about listening and hearing through your heart and deeper mind. The deeper mind is not the thinking mind, it is the body-mind and wisdom or awareness presence mind.

When you are in the forest sitting on a rock or a stump in the middle of a group of pine trees, you can hear the wind blowing through the pine trees as a harmonious collaboration. The placement and movement of the needles are in alignment with the wind making its signa‑ ture sound and open frequency. This sound is different from other tree collaborations.
We are an alignment of sound therefore the sound of the wind aligning to the pine trees opens a sound field in our frequency that raises our vibration. Even if we only feel the experience for a moment, it takes us to listen‑ ing through the heart and mind connection.
This is not a mental field or surface experience. Immediately this will take you to your center and out of the thinking mind. Your center is not a place, it’s an experience. When you become silent and still with that experience, you begin to feel a spiral acti‑ vation of arriving and being the experience in every awareness of your life.
This experience is not something you are creating, you are aligning to the experience that is already there and has always been the experience of your existence. Notice when practicing the experience, the shift in frequency. One frequency is natural without effort while the other is dense and heavy.
Practicing Listening and Hearing...
The experience of the sound is not defining the wind and the pine trees are making a particular sound, but noticing the feeling pathway of the frequency inside of the sound and where it takes you inward or perhaps to an altered state of consciousness. Then, listening and hearing, not with your ears, but with your alignment frequency mixed with the opening and movement of the sound. Simply feel and surrender to the experience of listening to what you can not hear.
The experience will be slightly different for everyone. Your experience is listening from different angles without words or defining the experience as one way.
Soon the physical sound of the wind and pine trees will fade into the background and become the supporting foundation for the experience. Before long, you will not need the foundation.
Breathe, practice being, and listen to the forest.
