REFUND POLICY: We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check that you receive the correct tickets at the time of purchase. Festival staff are only available at the Nerve Centre half an hour before each screening during the festival dates. DISABLED ACCESS: Box office and festival staff are able to provide information and assistance on access to the festival venues. STARTING TIMES: Films will generally start on time but delays can be possible – particularly when guests are in attendance. PARKING AND COLLECTING FACILITIES Parking facilities are available at the Brunswick Moviebowl. FESTIVAL CLUB The Nerve Centre Bar and Venue will be open for events during the festival dates.
