Calling of 2020 Annual General Meeting

Please b e ad vised that the Annual General Meeting of the Nepean Football Association Inc. will take p lace o n Tuesd ay, 17th No vember 2020 co mmencing at 7.30pm. The meeting will b e held o nline in a Microsoft Teams Format.

Dig ital invitations to RSVP will follow within 24 ho urs of this no tice and entry links to the meeting will b e sent upon receipt of RSVPs from club delegates and other eligible voters.

Existing affiliated clubs wishing to re-af filiate to N.F.A. f or 2021 seaso n are remind ed that af f iliation f orms, which will b e d istributed b y Frid ay 16th Octo ber, must b e sub mitted to the asso ciation as instructed, at least 14 d ays prior to the annual g eneral meeting (3rd No vember 2020).

No minations for available Directors p ositions will open from the date of this notice and must b e sub mitted o n the attached no mination f orms. No minations will b e clo sed at 5:00pm on Frid ay 6th No vember 2020.

Lif e Memb ership no minations are to b e made in accordance with the co nstitution and must b e received in writing b y 5:00pm o n Friday 6th No vember 2020.

All no mination forms must be signed by the nominee, the p roposer and seconder, and either scanned and emailed into the association, or d elivered by hand or b y post.

Club s wishing to submit no tices o f motion to co nsider changes to the Co nstitution may do so , in writing on the form contained in this notice. Notices of motion must contain the original ref erence and wo rd ing, the p roposed action (to amend, d elete, ad d to existing o r ad d new) and the new wo rd ing (if new wo rd ing is req uired ). No tices o f Mo tion must b e received by Frid ay 6th No vember 2020.
