LETTER FROM THE OWNER Dear Prospective Buyer, Eight years ago, as I began my search for a home, I knew what I was looking for: a comfortable home without the pains of the maintenance that generally comes with a home. That is exactly what I found at 5806 First Landing Way. It was perfect and in a private setting that backed to woods! I have enjoyed townhome living and have never had to mow the lawn, trim the bushes, or worry about the gutters. I’ve never had to fix cracks in the concrete or care for the siding. All of this is done by the Woodwalk community! Yet, I’ve had the option of planting flowers and growing herbs in my private fenced in back patio. I’ve enjoyed many BBQ’s in the private patio. This is a perfect setting when having family and friends over for entertainment purposes. The parking situation here has never been a concern whenever I’ve had larger get-togethers. There is more parking here than any other townhome community I have visited. One of the attractive features of the home that caught my attention was the spacious and lightfilled master bedroom. My king-size bed fits perfectly within the space! The laundry room is located right outside the master bedroom suite. The idea of having to go up and down steps to do laundry was never attractive to me, so to have this area next to my bedroom and closet is very convenient. Last year, I updated the kitchen and I love the way it turned out. The fingerprintless appliances make cleaning very simple! The breakfast bar has been used and loved by all my visitors. In the past, I’ve had visitors come by and sit at the bar, while I’m cooking away. It simply provides a great atmosphere. I will miss the open living room area where you can relax and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace. With gas prices high, I have enjoyed using the wood-burning fireplace to provide heat and warmth throughout the house. I think one of the things you will also love is the close proximity to Target, grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops! Realistically, if you need anything, it’s a short walk or an even shorter drive to get anything. If you are like me and enjoy taking walks, you’ll love the walking trails around the lake and the nearby Gold’s gym, which recently opened. I am sad to leave but I know that it will be the same blessing to another as it has been for me. I wish you well in the search for the right home!
