Access to the site
The site is accessed via a relatively steep shared private drive off Poundsbridge Lane. At the junction of the private drive with Poundsbridge Lane, the Grade II listed, roughly-dressed, sandstone boundary wall of Swaylands ends and the wall becomes lower and more random in nature like the rockery on the site allowing for flowering plant to nestle and flourish.
