The 3-2-1 Home Program is designed to assist low and moderate income residents achieve home ownership. The program provides one-on-one credit counseling and restoration guidance, home ownership training, as well as access to a variety of financial incentives to make purchasing a home more affordable. Program participants
are given the opportunity to open a Dollar Bank Passbook Savings Account to set aside money for a down payment and closing costs to purchase a home.
