Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on March 29, 2022 and an Order Appointing Successor Referee and Amend Case Caption duly entered on August 8, 2022, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Babylon Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, North Lindenhurst, NY 11757 on March 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., premises known as 113 Glen Road, North Babylon, NY 11703. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Babylon, County of Suffolk and State of New York, District 0100, Section 152.00, Block 01.00 and Lot 029.000. Approximate amount of judgment is $454,016.24 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 619271/2016.
