Excel Creative Learning Academy (ECLA) has become an integral and important part of many Trinity area families in the 5 years since it has been open. “Most of our students come from referrals,” says Academy Director Erika Mahoney. Excel Creative Academy is located inside the Medical Arts Building at the Medical Center of Trinity, so you may not even realize it is there but if you have an infant or preschool child, you’ll be thrilled to know about the school once you visit. “Excel Creative Learning Academy has been an incredible experience for my children,” says one mom. “When I was touring preschools, I was impressed with ECLA’s security, cleanliness, and curriculum. My children love their teachers, come home bursting with questions and stories about See “Excel” on page 30.

Massage is globally recognized as a beneficial therapeutic treatment that offers stress relief and aids in relaxation by helping to reduce anxiety, but more than that, therapeutic massage helps in healing. Massage is clinically proven to improve circulation, range of motion and flexibility, while helping to relieve pain, reduce blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and shorten healing time after an injury. Because of these many benefits, more and more physicians are prescribing massage as a way to help patients to return to their jobs after work-related injuries, and the great news for local patients is that Barkdoll Massage Therapy recently

began accepting Federal Worker’s Comp patients in the Tampa Bay Area. Another great service that many employers are utilizing as a way to show their appreciation to employees is Barkdoll Massage Therapy’s Corporate Seated Massage! Whatever your reason for wanting a massage, Barkdoll Massage Therapy makes it easy, affordable, and best of all, Barkdoll comes to you. Karla Barkdoll has been a licensed professional massage therapist since 2001, and her unique mobile massage business takes all of the stress out of your massage experience by bringing therapeutic massage services right to you – in your own comfortable space. Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

From The Editor Carla Dubis

Trinity Area Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

First of all, I want to start by introducing myself. My name is Carla Dubis, I am the Creative Director and new editor of Tampa Bay News and Lifestyles. I am 31 years old and I was born and raised in Venezuela, my mother is Italian and my Father, who unexpectedly passed away 3 months ago, was from Poland. What can I say? I am a mutt! I am fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. I moved from Venezuela to Tampa when I was 16 years old to attend UT. I have a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Tampa and a Masters in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technology and Web Design from USF. Go Bulls! :) I have called Tampa my home since 2003, and even though at first I thought to myself “As soon as I graduate I am out of here!” I fell in love with this city and I have no intentions of ever leaving. I have lived in Harbour Island for the past 10 years and I have seen this city grow exponentially in the past decade. I have seen so many of spots close its doors throughout the years, but so many other businesses and restaurants have opened, making this medium sized city, feel like a big metropolis. I never get

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

bored, there’s always something fun to do here. From an art festival to a margarita festival, from broadway plays to fantastic concerts and so much more! I am a big foodie, a craft beer lover, a caffeine addict and a big lightning fan! I spend most of my weekends eating all over Tampa Bay, fishing with my fiance (Tampa Bay News and Lifestyles’ Publisher Matt Selby), hanging out with my family (who moved to Tampa 5 years ago after I bragged about it so much!), rooting for our local sports teams (go lightning!), or watching a movie. Whenever I get the opportunity to travel, which is one of my biggest passions, I find myself missing Tampa a lot (something I never really thought I would experience!) because it’s home to me now, and because I got spoiled with all the things this amazing city has to offer... Here we have it all! We have beautiful beaches, amazing weather (most of the time, that humidity though!), luxury boutiques, fantastic shopping malls, cultural events, art festivals, music festivals and some of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of trying. The best part? you are only a short drive away. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people who

believed in me and trusted me with the positions I currently have, the Selby Family. Tampa Bay News and Lifestyles has been owned and operated by the Selby Family for over 25 years, and I am very lucky to be the newest addition to the family! I could not be happier God put me in the path of this family, they are seriously the most amazing, loving, hard-working and honest individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Working with them is as rewarding as it is fun. So what can I offer Tampa Bay News and Lifestyles? Besides my graphic and web design skills, I will definitely bring my decent grammar and editing ability and my personal insight about all things Tampa Bay.. I will be keeping you up to date with the latest news and fun events happening in the area, I will tell you about the best restaurants and hot spots to visit... after all, I have been living here for over a decade, so I know a thing or two about Tampa! If you ever want to reach out to me because you want us to share a local event, or if you have an amazing story you want published in any of our 7 publications, please email me directly at carla@nnlflorida.com.

Back-To-School Deals You Will Not Want To Miss! By Carla Dubis For a generation of students, the phrase "summer is over" is the most dreaded one ever. But it's true: The fall 2017 semester is imminent! The beginning of August marks the official back-to-school season and it's accompanied by a flood of incredible back-to-school sales on everything from school supplies to apparel and electronics. I am in my early 30s now and I remember the back-to-school days in my home country, Venezuela. I always wanted the latest "Disney Movie" backpack, and all the supplies that came with it; the Princess Belle lunch bag, the Beast pencils, and of course all the notebooks with images of the beauty and the beast. I always looked forward to back-to-school shopping with my parents every year. Lucky for them, computers and other electronics were not big back then or even a necessity for homework, I would just use my typewriter for my important assignments. If you are a parent in this digital era, I feel for your pockets, and If your kids are going back to school this fall then you already know what's coming‌ the inevitable "Mom, Dad, can I have this overly priced Spiderman backpack pleeeaaase?" or "Mom, I really need this laptop for school work, not for social media or anything else, for homework, I swear!" Sound familiar? Recently I came across an online article that claimed the average American spends over $210.00 per child and about $430.00 per family on back-toschool shopping, according to a recent survey from offers.com. All I could think about was, "ouch," especially if you have a couple of kids, that's a lot of dough.

Home Marketing Specialists Realty - The Real Deal in Real Estate Sales! Barry’s past and current customers rave over he and his team’s professional ability to sell homes for the most money in the shortest amount of time. Check out some of their testimonials below: J. McKenney says, “I can tell you that Home Marketing Specialists Realty is truly the real deal. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I have bought and sold a lot of houses and thought I knew how to do it; I had a good history of doing it. Specifically, there was a house we had it on the market for eight months. We had priced it below market, yet we weren’t getting any showings or offers. Nothing was happening at all. The problem was that the market changed and there were certain houses we just could not sell. Home Marketing Specialists Realty had approached me many times for a period of several months. Finally, after

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

enough much frustration I decided to give them a try. In what seemed like no time at all we had fourteen showings and a lot of offers. In the end we sold our house for the same price the other realtor hadn’t been able to sell it for. If it weren’t for Home Marketing Specialists Realty, I don’t think we would have sold our home.” Mr. and Mrs. Reed say, “We had our home on the market for quite a while and it wouldn’t sell with many realtors over the course of two years. Once it expired we had many realtors sending us information, probably forty. Then we saw something that Barry sent us and it caught our eye. We were very skeptical about working with realtors after being burned over and over. We decided to give Barry a shot and we are very happy that we did. We found him to be someone who didn’t make false promises. His marketing team came up with a plan and it really worked! He was not just sitting back once our house was on the MLS and wait for another realtor to bring the buyer. He was very aggressive on getting us offers and working out the best one to get me the most money. He’s much more

technologically advanced than anyone we had dealt with and most of all he has integrity, he does what he says he will do. We found him to be competent and caring. He addresses every issue we brought up with respect and we have now sold our home and we are very happy. If we had to sell or buy another home we would come back to Barry!” Repeat client, D. Morley says, “I have known Barry for many years and I’ve had many dealings with him both buying and selling properties. You will never have to question his integrity, professionalism or knowledge - and he will always keep your best interests at the forefront of any negotiating. Use Barry for your real estate needs and you will never have the need to find another Realtor.” Dorothy V. says, “It was a pleasure working with Barry. He has the knowledge and patience to find the perfect home. He guided me in the best way to finance it and to put the icing on the cake - he sold my home in three days! I highly recommend Barry to handle all your real estate needs!”

Paint Design Cabinetry – Innovative Kitchen Redesign to Save You Money and Time By: Marcy Sanford If you’ve been putting off kitchen renovations because you think they will cost too much and take too long, your solution is here – Paint Design Cabinetry. Started by professional wood finisher Lizbeth Valdez, Paint Design Cabinetry can refinish and modernize your existing cabinets saving your thousand of dollars and giving you the kitchen of your dreams in just a few weeks. The idea for the business came to Lizbeth a few years after her husband passed away. She was already a professional wood finished and had meticulously repaired and refinished antique furniture and other projects for more than 17 years. “After my husband passed away, I needed a way to survive and to support myself and my son. I wanted to do something that I loved. I worked for a homebuilder for several years and one of the jobs I did was painting with a sprayer. A friend asked me if I could paint her kitchen and her cabinets and I began to see the need for this type of service.” Combine Lizbeth’s talent for refinishing antiques, her attention to detail, experience painting, and knowledge of current design trends and how to incorporate them into older kitchens, and you’ve got Paint Design Cabinetry. Since the company’s start 4 years ago, she and the rest of her crew have been delighting homeowners and making their kitchens the envy of the neighborhood. “Lizbeth and her team transformed my kitchen for blah to beautiful,” said homeowner Sue I. “It is amazing how paint can transform the

14

look and give it a great update. I feel like I have a model home now. Lizbeth worked closely with me to make sure I had the look I wanted, brought me a sample using my own cabinet door to OK beforehand, then took it from there. The end result is fabulous. Lizbeth uses high quality paint that creates a factory finish. I’m so happy with my kitchen’s new look and can’t wait to show it off to all my friends.” All of Paint Design Cabinetry’s work comes with a 10-year warranty. Lizbeth says that her unique paint mix and flexible coating ensures that when you open and close your cabinet doors and drawers there will never be any cracking or chipping. Lizbeth says that right now they see a lot of homeowners who want to redo their kitchens to have a beach or lake front style look. “We have completed a lot of renovations where the homeowners wanted bright white or grey cabinets for a more modern look, many that want a beach, lake home, shabby chic or a Shaker style. At Paint Design Cabinetry, we can paint your cabinets any color you desire and add finishes to give it any custom style you want.” Paint Design Cabinetry can even refinish and paint laminate or Formica cabinets. If the rest of your kitchen needs an update, Paint Design Cabinetry can help with that too. In addition to providing you with the perfect cabinets, they can add frame and structure to existing cabinets, install crown molding and shadow boxes, level out your bar or island, and install new sinks. They also have trusted contractors who can install backsplashes or new countertops. In fact Paint Design Cabinetry will soon

TECH TALK with Bob the Computer Guy By Bob Dalles

Today’s Topic: Choosing the right printer Greetings Friends… When talking with my clients, one question that comes up quite frequently is, “I need a new printer. What do you recommend?” One would think this question is easy to answer. However, there is much to consider when selecting a printer. Do you need a monochrome inkjet, color inkjet, monochrome laser, color laser, dot matrix, dye sublimation, solid ink, or thermal? That depends on what you will be printing and the quantity of pages you need to print. Most inexpensive printers can handle tasks like printing occasional emails or web pages, recipes, driving maps, grocery lists and coupons. If your needs are more of a professional nature, such as business letters, customer bids and estimates or even brochures, then you’ll need a printer that is capable of providing a more

24

Bob Dalles, owner,Bob the Computer Guy & Associates, Inc. crisp and professional look. How much printing do you plan to do? A few pages a month or 10,000 pages? Do you need color or will monochrome be sufficient? What size paper will you be using? Most printers will print to letter size (8.5”x 11”) and legal size (8.5”x 14”) paper. If you are a photographer or publisher you may need a larger format printer

For Ad Info 727-943-0551 • info@NNLFlorida.com

that can handle 11”x 17” or perhaps even 24”x 36” poster size. Also keep in mind that printers have a minimum size of paper they can handle. Most will print to a 4”x 6” or even a 3.5”x 5” index card. If you need to print to these smaller formats make certain that the printer you choose will handle it. Otherwise you will find yourself constantly clearing paper

AUGUST 2017

jams, which wastes paper, ink/toner, and your time. Most people’s needs are pretty basic. They plan to print to standard 8.5”x 11” paper. So the only two other questions to answer are: 1) Do we need to print in color? And 2) How many pages do we plan to print every month? Once we have the answers to those questions we can then look at which printer can best serve us. Of course there is one additional consideration… price. What’s your guess for the price of a printer you might need? Think about it and we’ll further explore printer options next time. Got a tech question? Email me at TechTalk-TBNL@BobTheComputerGuy.NET. Questions will be selected by the popularity of a topic and answered in this column. If you have a more urgent need or have a unique situation you may schedule an appointment with one of my Professionally Certified Technicians by calling 727-534-4000. Until next time, stay safe and secure when using the Internet.

Late Summer Snook Fishing It’s August and the fishing can be as hot as the weather on some days, and completely turn off on others. It can be a very frustrating time of year for many anglers in search of one of the most iconic gamefish in our waters; the Snook! I’ve been fishing my entire life and just like many of you, some days I catch fish until I’m tired of it, and somedays fishing is so slow I honestly get tired of fishing. I don’t care who you are or how vast your knowledge is, sometimes getting the fish to bite is a challenge. During the summer months, some fishing days are full of double digit catches and some days it’s next to impossible to even find the bait. But why? Well, many factors come into play but one of the most obvious, and sometimes overlooked factor is simply the heat. The water temps can reach over 90 degrees by noon and often times the fish will just shut off. They still have to eat, but most of the time, they choose the times of day that are a little more comfortable for them. In August, early morning or night fishing is going to be your best bet. Snook love an abundance of baitfish, moving current and warm water temperatures. They are opportunistic feeders who exert energy when needed but are completely happy stacking up in one place for hours. They stack up in areas where, you guessed it, a strong moving current will flush baitfish right in their face, producing an easy meal. They are also very structure-oriented, and even when you see them cruising the beach, they are usually just moving to their next spot near a drop off, mangrove bed, dock or other underwater habitat. High Tide Snook fishing differs from Low Tide Snook fishing as well.

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

Think about it, how many times have you caught a fish and go back to that spot over and over. My guess is, you catch fish there again but not every time, and that can be frustrating. Why aren’t they always there? The short answer is, they are, just not always when you’re there. With a high tide, Snook enjoy deeper water near the mangroves and shorelines so they tend to hide out under the cover of the groves, ambushing pray as it swims by in the current. You can also find Snook under docks at this time. During a low tide, less water is near the shoreline so the Snook won’t be there. They tend to be in deeper channels and on drop off edges during the lower tides. This isn’t to say you can’t find an abundance of Snook in deeper channels or under bridges during high tide, it’s just more likely on a low. Even with all this information, if you don’t have the local knowledge of where the fish tend to be, you're going to spend a lot of time scouring miles of the dense mangrove shorelines of Florida. This is where hiring an experienced fishing guide can make your day on the water a lot more successful. I’ll be honest though, there’s days where we find the fish, all the conditions are right on paper, but they won’t eat. It happens, and anyone who says otherwise is just down right lying to you. If fishing was easy, it wouldn’t be so rewarding. The thrill of the hunt, the days that shut us out, and especially the days that a plan comes together and the fish are happy to cooperate, are what keep us addicted and coming back for more. Tight Lines! If you want to go Snook fishing with me, call me at 727-253-5893, follow me on Instagram @captmattselby or on Facebook under Epic Sport Fishing.

“Excel” Continued from page 1 what they learned that day, and can’t wait to go back to school the next day.” Enriching Environment “Excel Creative Learning Academy has hours to meet the needs of working parents but provides a private school environment,” says Erika. “Our main goal is to prepare children for kindergarten academically, socially, and developmentally in a caring, nurturing environment.” Because the staff at Excel Creative Learning Academy know that children learn best through play, the classrooms are full of fun educational toys that the kids love including Smart boards and the latest classroom technology to make learning interactive. Excel Creative Learning Academy has lots of hands-on learning opportunities for children through science experiments and sensory stations. They focus on a creative curriculum, which includes the Sounds program for early literacy learning. With the program children learn the sounds of letters before they begin to focus on learning the letters

30

themselves and therefore progress naturally into reading. “Our oldest daughter has been attending Excel Creative Learning Academy since she was 4 months old,” said Megan C. “Over the last 2 years we have had the privilege of having several amazing teachers. The education she has received while at ECLA is unparalleled. From knowing her colors and numbers to learning the days of the week, they are setting her up to excel when she starts VPK.” ECLA also offers enrichment classes for all children 2 and older in health and nutrition, music, Spanish and fine motor skills. Learning and enrichment also happens on ECLA’s 2 spacious playground where children can watch caterpillars and butterflies on one of 2 butterfly gardens or learn about cooking and herbs at the herb garden. Communication & Safety Leaving your child at preschool can be difficult for any parent, but at Excel Creative Learning Academy they make safety and communication a top priority so you can be assured that your child is secure and happy throughout the day. “We recently gave birth to our

second child,” said Megan C. “and the teachers and staff at Excel Creative Learning Academy have gone above and beyond to help our family with this transition. As a mom, the first day back to work after being on maternity leave is always difficult. Knowing the staff at ECLA I did not have any concerns on that first day. They sent me numerous updates and pictures easing my mind. The teachers and staff at ECLA are more than just a daycare; they have become a part of our family.”

AUGUST 2017

Academy Director Erika says that parent communication is very important to everyone at ECLA. “Parents can download a free app that allows them to communicate with their child’s teacher in real time. We send progress reports to parents throughout the year and also have a monthly newsletter.” ECLA has cameras and monitors throughout the school to make sure everything is secure and the 2-door entranceway can only be accessed by fingerprint scan.

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

Convenient Location, Hours & Days Excel Creative Learning Academy is conveniently located on the second floor of the Medical Arts Building at the Medical Center of Trinity on FL54. Erika says there are parking spaces in front of the building reserved for short term parking so it is easy for parents to bring their children in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. She says they are also going to be testing a valet drop off program this year. ECLA is open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and since they know that business doesn’t take a break during the summer and holiday breaks, they offer camps and fun programs for children who need care during school breaks. ECLA is so popular with families in the area that they currently have a wait list for infants and their VPK classes but they do have openings in the 1, 2, and 3-year-old classes. Their small class size and compassionate teachers ensure that your child will receive the attention and care that he or she needs. “We have very low turn over with both our families and our teachers and staff,” said Erika. “Our teachers and staff love working here

and our families love bringing their children here.” “I enrolled my son when he was 6 months old and now he is 2 ½ years old,” said mom Jessica L. “I can not express how thankful I am to have found Excel. The app they use keeps me up-to-date on how he is doing daily. They sometimes post pictures directly to me, which makes my day. ECLA is not just a daycare. . . it is truly a place for kids to begin to socialize and learn in a loving environment. The school is adorable; each classroom is age appropriate and the kids all get to interact – he’s make so many friends. The best part about ECLA though, is by far, the teachers. I can truly say my son and myself have enjoyed every teacher. They are truly the kindest, most caring staff.” Excel Creative Learning Academy is located at 9332 FL-54 on the second floor of the Medical Arts Building at the Medical Center of Trinity. They are open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. To learn more or to schedule a tour, visit excelcreativelearningacademy.com or call (727) 372-4977.

“Massage” Continued from page 1 Baltimore School of Massage and is licensed in Maryland, DC, Virginia and Florida. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is Nationally Board Certified. “Your Health Is Your Wealth” Barkdoll Massage Therapy’s philosophy “Your Health is Your Wealth” showcases Karla’s belief in the art of massage as a tool to increase the quality of your life, which is your greatest asset. Karla and her licensed massage therapists take the time to learn about their clients and any physical discomfort or problems they are having, so they can create a therapeutic massage protocol that will be most beneficial to each client. Their goal is to make sure that massage makes a difference in your life. Barkdoll Massage Therapy offers a range of affordable massage therapy modalities. Swedish Massage is designed to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and reduce stress, and many find that this massage is a great start to begin therapeutic treatment. Warm Stone Therapy, which is the art of using heated stones in combination with a Swedish massage, is a great method used to dissolve muscle tension and induce deep relaxation. Deep Tissue Massage is best for targeting specific areas to help with pain and inflammation, and this method is often used to help control chronic pain. This massage technique is perfect for those muscles that tense up while typing, driving or doing repetitive work. Karla says, “During deep tissue massages I use trigger points to specifically find the places

34

where the work needs to be done.” Sports and Injury Rehab Massage combines the benefits of deep tissue massage with stretching, and can actually increase range of motion in joints. This type of massage is beneficial to those recovering from all kinds of injuries, whether sportsrelated, work-related or from a car accident. Many times, Karla will use a combination of massage modalities for optimal results. Barkdoll Massage Therapy also offers Pregnancy Massage and momsto-be love the relaxing massage that utilizes special pillows that allow the future mom to rest comfortably, while safely supported. Safe for baby and serene for mommy, the pregnancy massage is a win for everyone! Treat Your Employees to Corporate Seated Massage! Barkdoll Massage Therapy brings therapeutic massage services to you at work with Corporate Seated Massage – a fantastic way to improve morale and show your employees that they are appreciated. Corporate Seated Massage is a fully clothed, seated massage that can be done right at the office. This style of massage focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, scalp, arms and hands. Andy Wilson, CEO of Quiet Professionals, says, “We started out using Barkdoll Massage for our corporate staff in-house seated massage treatment twice monthly for 2 hours at a time. I found that the treatments created such a positive work environment it needed to occur more frequently. Karla now comes in for 4 hours one day every week and the staff loves it! It has had such a positive impact that my wife adopted Barkdoll Massage for her staff at State Farm as well.” Lori Meister shares, “During our

first annual Wellness Fair at Vology we were thrilled to offer chair massages to all of our employees. It is such a great way to reward our employees and give them some much needed stress relief! Many of us forget how much time we spend sitting at our desks hunched over the computer, and don’t realize how much tension we carry. Just 10 minutes in the chair massage chair and you can feel the tension getting released from your neck and back. The team from Barkdoll Massage Therapy was wonderful and we will be using their services again.” Been Injured at Work? According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2015 over 3 million private industry and government workers sustained on the job injuries. Barkdoll Massage Therapy noticed this trend and has shifted their focus to assist injured employees in their recovery, and now proudly accepts Federal Worker’s Comp patients. They also accept State Workers’ Comp patients as long as the insurance carrier for the Workers’ Comp claim approves the therapy. This is great news for those who have been prescribed massage therapy for a work-related injury. If you are a Federal employee that has sustained an on the job injury and get benefits under FECA (Federal Employees Compensation Act), and have an approved claim with OWCP (Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs), Barkdoll Massage Therapy can get your therapy approved at no cost to you as long as you have a prescription from your treating physician and the massage therapy is medically necessary. They are able to do this because they have an OWCP expert on staff that has been working with Federal employees for over a

AUGUST 2017

decade. He is also able to answer any questions you might have regarding the claims process and can assist in representing you if that is what you need. Karla says, “Some people might wonder, ‘Why would I get massage therapy for an injury because massage is just a way to pamper yourself?’ Not only does therapeutic massage improve circulation, and increase range of motion and muscle flexibility, it also has been proven to shorten recovery time and even heal injuries. Massage also is excellent for pain management, can help to eliminate headaches, and can even help prevent future injuries by helping the body strengthen.” Karla’s client Victor says, “Since starting my therapy with Karla of Barkdoll Massage Therapy, I have noticed a considerable decrease in the pain that I feel on a daily basis. Having chronic pain is not fun to deal with but I can now look forward to Karla coming twice a week since she and her staff got my therapy approved through OWCP (Office of Worker’s Compensation Programs). I did not realize the benefits that massage would have as I always thought massage was basically just a luxury to help you relax. Karla is great to work with because she keeps me informed about my progress that she notices from doing the massage.” Another client, Melissa, says, “Once Karla’s staff got my massage approved through OWCP she has been coming to my house twice a week. It is nice to not have to worry about going to her due to the chronic pain I suffer from. She is excellent at working with you to see you on your schedule and always lets me know if she is running behind due to other appointments. She even has an OWCP expert on staff that can help with

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

questions regarding OWCP and my claim. I highly recommend her as she is very experienced, always makes sure the technique she is using is not causing any pain and always asks how I am feeling and where I need the most work done for that session. Overall, an excellent experience using her as my therapist.” Whether you want a massage just to relax and relieve stress or need it to recover from an injury, Barkdoll Massage Therapy and their team of therapists have you covered and will

Tampa Bay News & Lifestyles

put your heath first. Remember, “Your Health is Your Wealth.” Barkdoll Massage Therapy is an entirely mobile massage therapy business that comes to you. Karla Barkdoll (License # MA47546) is available 7 days a week from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. To schedule an appointment or to request more information about massage packages, corporate events or gift certificates, call (727) 372-6389 or email Karla, barkdollmassagetherapy@yahoo.com.
