LEADERSHIP RECEPTION HONORS DONORS

Head of School Dr. Judith A. Dwyer welcomed parents, alumnae, Trustees, faculty and friends of Notre Dame to the Academy’s annual Leadership Reception on December 4, 2019 in the Mansion. This celebration is hosted each year to express the Academy’s deep appreciation to leadership donors who support all facets of the Notre Dame Mission and ensure the exceptional programming for our students. Surrounded by the festive spirit of the Christmas season, the event also featured performances by Notre Dame’s Middle School Chorus and the Upper School Women’s Chorale.

CLASS OF 2019 REUNION

The Academy welcomed home more than 40 graduates from the Class of 2019 for their first Reunion on December 19, 2019. The half-day program featured lunch in the Mansion, visits with faculty, and a panel discussion with current juniors and seniors. As panelists, the Class of 2019 shared their recent college experiences and advice to assist our Upper School students to navigate their days post-graduation.

ALUMNAE FAMILIES ENJOY NEW ANNUAL EVENT

The Notre Dame Alumnae Association proudly introduced a new annual event on December 8, 2019 - Cookies & Cocoa with Santa. Held in the magnificently-decorated Mansion, alumnae and their families gathered to share the Christmas spirit and a visit with our guest of honor, Santa Claus. The event featured a buffet of sweet treats, holiday crafts, and campus tours. Special thanks to Jen Harvey Waggenspack ’04 and Kristin Seidner Sherman ’97 for their assistance with this event.
