Planning

BDS would like to start the planning process earlier in the school year to make sure we have enough time to plan the event logistics. We are opting not to do the event on a 1/2 day, but rather on a PD day, where students might be required to come to school for opportunities such as this. We would also like to use a Google Event Planning platform so that we all can be on the same page. Chris Frederick can initiate that process.

Logistics

Considering feedback from all stakeholders, we would like to move the event to the BDS cafetorium next year, or perhaps create a passport and hav exhibitors in various classrooms. We should also be able to save $ on renting tables & chairs by using the cafeteria furniture, or classroom space.

Creative

Print fewer programs next year, but include 1 sentence descriptions of each organization, so it will have an additional 4 pages (1 pg folded). Create an exhibitor invite that clearly outlines activities and encourage participants to use the link to sign up rather than a paper form. Hold a design contedt for students to create poster and program cover design.
