Multicultural Education

The aim of the project is to spread cultural awareness among high and elementary school students. This will be delivered by an international team consisting of 8 interns for one week at each of 5 participating high and elementary schools in Czech Republic. Job Description2 Prepare in cooperation with other 8 interns program which will cover themes as cultural, social, political and economical situation in your countries and its comparison with the Czech one. Job Description3 The program at schools will take form of presentations, discussions, quizzes and other interactive activities which will depend on your creativity and school requirements. Job Description4 The interns will have more than one week before the project starts for final preparation, team building and having trainings delivered and each weekend to prepare for a new school. Job Description5 Needs of the program and its agenda will be set by schools in cooperation with AIESEC. All trainings will be adjusted according to the program. Job Description6 The interns will participate in global village. Measurable results expected from Interns will prepare presentation of their countries according to each the intern school requirements in international team in an interactive way and every week they will deliver this to high school students. And also will prepare presentation of their country for global village (traditional costumes, food, pictures,...). Preparation required from the intern Interns are supposed to collect information connected with situation in before arrival cultural, social, political and economical areas in their countries. Details on the Working Conditions Personal Workspace Internet Access Any Other Other Details of the Working Free accommodation: first 4 days interns live together, then they live at Conditions student's homes, dorms, hostels or at interns flat. Lunch costs covered (at schools), we are not providing food in non-working days. Access to AIESEC offices. Own laptop is obligatory. Learning points that the intern Presentation skills, International team work, Cultural awareness, Time might obtain during the internship management, Educational skills, Working with teenagers, Soft skills.
