Couched at the junction of a major subway interchange station and an important Hong Kong university, Festival Walk is a distinct mall in the Kowloon Area. The multiple storied mall caters to many audiences from mainland tourists to commuter to local residents.
Positioned as a “comfortable” middle-market mall with the emphasis on service rather than price, festival walk is a go-to location for upper and middle class resident in the Kowloon Tung area and beyond. Spacious anchors such as Agnes B were paired with bakeries and bistros to serve commuters as well as shoppers.
The mall integrate a dramatic difference in topography, resulting in multiple entrances and exits along its structure, some of which leads to the MTR line. There is also a six-story atrium as well as an indoor ice skating rink, which includes a large area of free seating for visitors, a rare sight in Hong Kong.
