“My knee was warm for about 3 full hours after I left. It seemed to heal further after I slept the first couple of nights. While my knee was not healed 100%, it was significantly better and I was able to go on my Montana ski trip the next week.
P.S. Another month after my ski trip my knee has continued to improve.”

Volunteer to Save Sudden Cardiac Arrest Victims
The Peyton Walker Foundation provides low-cost CPR training for the community and has donated hundreds of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) throughout Central Pennsylvania to nonprofits, schools and youth athletic leagues. They are also collaborating with healthcare technology company Avive and the Emergency Health Services Federation in South Central Pennsylvania in launching the “4 Minute City” program in Cumberland County, making another 300 AEDs available at no cost to the community. The program will expand into surrounding counties over the next 18 months, and the foundation is recruiting volunteers now because the AEDs will be available later this spring.
Executive Manager Asheleigh Forsburg says, “The world watched as NFL player Damar Hamlin lay lifeless on the football field after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. Due to our own experience, we can imagine what Damar’s family, friends and teammates are going through and the helplessness that they felt.” The takeaways from that event are: recognize sudden cardiac arrest, know how to perform CPR and make sure AEDs are accessible. Cardiac arrest is the number one killer of student athletes and the number one medical cause of death on school campuses.
