his Veterans Day, Saturday November 11th, Connected Warriors, Inc. (CWI), one of the world’s largest international nonprofit organizations, helping U.S. service members, veterans and their families (or “warriors”), will present its 5th Anniversary Veterans Day Gala at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center. The gala is a hallmark opportunity for those looking to do good, and feel great about it! CWI supporters are part of an inspirational and healing movement that teaches warriors how to reconnect with themselves, and their communities, to discover a healthier and more peaceful life. Today, thousands of warriors are saying that they’re living a healthier and happier life, thanks to their participation in CWI’s no charge lifetime yoga program. CWI’s army of peers and volunteers help warriors across the USA, overseas military bases, and even aboard Navy vessels. Bodhi & Mind Holistic Festival

auley Square Historic Village, a nostalgic glimpse of Old South Florida, is hosting a Bodhi & Mind Holistic Festival on November 4th. “We expect this festival to be a celebration of the body, mind, and soul,” shares Ivette Mejia, coordinator. Attendees will find organic products, yoga workshops, aromatherapy demonstrations, homemade goods, Shamanic Sound Healing Meditation, motivational and educational speakers, Zumba, Bio Dance, and so much more. The event is free and open to the general public, including children. Pets are also welcome. Bodhi and Mind will open with a prayer at 11am and continue its schedule of activities throughout the day until 4pm.
