I remember him as a guy who loved to have people around him; he loved people. He was a very effective minister, making his mark in every ministry in which he worked. He left his mark of excellence. That is the Sir Branford that I knew. Some persons have tried to pull him down and pull him apart, but they could never succeed because Sir Branford stood tall in the political arena.
