A Voyage to Iceland's Wild West Coast and East Greenland

DAYS 1–4 I U.S./REYKJAVÍK, ICELAND/ LÁTRABJARG/FLATEY ISLAND/ DENMARK STRAIT Arrive in Reykjavík and explore the city’s historic quarter before embarking our ship. Navigate Iceland’s wild western coast. Visit Flatey Island, a centuries-old fishing and trading post, and cross the Denmark Strait on the lookout for seals, humpback whales, and seabirds. National Geographic Endurance for the entire voyage I Meals: 2B, 3L, 3D DAYS 5–11 I NORTHEAST GREENLAND NATIONAL PARK AND SCORESBY SOUND Spend several days exploring the rugged coast of Northeast Greenland National Park, the world’s largest national park. Venture out by kayak or Zodiac to discover the ice-dotted landscape at water level, paddling past sheer cliffs and jagged mountains. Watch for polar bears, Atlantic walruses, and elusive narwhals. Our course will take us south to Scoresby Sound, the largest and longest fjord system on Earth. In the evenings, take in the spectacular show of the northern lights, weather permitting. DAYS 12–13 I WESTFJORDS/REYKJAVÍK, ICELAND/U.S. Venture into Iceland’s remote Westfjords region, located just south of the Arctic Circle. Hike through meadows and walk over basalt crags carved during the last ice age. Voyage up the fjords by Zodiac or kayak, and watch for local wildlife: sea eagles, snowy owls, basking seals, and breaching whales. Disembark in Reykjavík. Meals: 2B, 2L, 1D 13 DAYS FROM $13,350
