DAYS 6–9 I C AYO DISTRICT/AMBERGRIS CAYE/BELIZE CITY Canoe the passageways of Barton Creek Cave, a gateway to the underworld for the ancient Maya. Then travel to Ambergris Caye and check in to your hotel overlooking the Belize Barrier Reef. Snorkel and swim among sea turtles, sharks, and sting rays at the Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley. Relax at the beach and explore the town of San Pedro, or book an optional excursion, such as scuba diving or a guided boat or helicopter tour. Connect to your flight home from Belize City.
