The Electric Cooperatives of Mississippi (ECM) Foundation recently awarded $2,500 engineering scholarships to Raygan Necaise, Dalton Williams, Caleb McBride and Jose Luis Dominguez. These young men have served as co-op student interns at local electric cooperatives in Mississippi.
