BROWNIE MALLOW BARS 1 package fudge brownie mix 1 10 ½-ounce package mini marshmallows 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon butter 1 ½ cups Rice Krispies Prepare brownie batter according to directions for fudge-like brownies. Pour mix into a 9- by 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 29-30 minutes. Top the brownies with marshmallows and bake for another 3 minutes (marshmallows will not be completely melted). Then cool. (Tony Mills, Acct. #302960000) In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir over low heat. Add cereal to the mixture and spread over brownies. Cook macaroni according to package directions. While the water is boiling and macaroni is cooking, prepare ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté beef and onion for no longer than 6 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and continue to cook uncovered for 4-6 minutes.
