Constitution Of The national British Resistance Party

Part I Name, Objective, Mission & Values 1. This is the constitution of the Party that shall be known as simply “National British Resistance” (referred to in this constitution as “the Party”) 2. The Objective of the Party is to promote good Nationalist British Values, restore British society, culture and Race and to unite Britain for the common good of the people. 3. The mission of the Party is to form a legally elected government and reclaim Britain for the people. 4. The Party promotes true British Nationalism and stands up for the native white race of these isles. Our values are based around the common good of the British people, we do not support either capitalist or communist beliefs.

Part II

Membership 5. The Party is a political party open to all native, white British

people of these lands. All members are bound by the ruling of this constitution and share the same Nationalist belief. 6. Membership criteria is formed of the following: 6.1 Party members must be of White, British descent 6.2 Party members will be of good character 6.3 Party members must not be in anyway connected to Zionism 6.4 Party members can only be Heterosexual in sexual orientation 6.5 Membership can not be claimed if one has been expelled previously from the party 6.6 Party members must live within the United Kingdom 6.7 Party members must be of sound mind and have no disabling mental ailments 6.8 Party members will either be Christian or Atheist in religious belief

Part II

Membership (cont) 7. The membership of the party shall consist of: 7.1 Individuals in this party shall be referred to as “Party Members” 7.2 Regional Leaders, Area Leaders & Division Leaders shall be referred to as “Party Leaders” 7.3 The Party Leader shall be referred to as “The Founder”, “The Leader”, “Gold Leader” or Simply “The Founder Himself”.

8. All Party members will be subject to follow the constitution and behave within party expectations. Party members who fall foul of the rules may face expulsion from the party. 9. Subscriptions to the party shall be received by Party Leaders or directly by the Party itself 10. All Party members shall be registered by the Party and their names subsequently stored on a database only accessible by party officials. No information shall be passed on to third parties. 11. A Payment made to the Party by a Party Member can only be received by Party Leaders. Payments, donations and subscriptions shall be stored on the Party database. 12. All party members shall be issued with a membership number, this number will be their identity within the Party and used formally to identity somebody.

Part III

Leadership 13. The Office of Party Leader is non-electable. The Party Leader is Joshua Bonehill. Bonehill will remain the Party Leader throughout the existence of this Party. 14. Area, Regional and Divisional Leaders will be appointed to represent the Party throughout the United Kingdom. 15.

1 Deputy Leader shall be appointed to serve under the Founder. This office non-electable and the position of Deputy rests solely with the Founder to appoint.

16. Party Leaders are ambassadors of the Party and have an obligation to serve with extreme dedication and loyalty. Only the most noble, gallant and dedicated men and women shall be appointed to this task. 17.

Party Leaders will be subject to strict background and security checks in order to prevent infiltrators and agitators from sabotaging the party internally.

Part IV: National Executive Committee 18. A National Executive Committee shall be formed to serve the Party and will work directly under the Founder Himself. 19.

Positions within the NEC shall consist of: 19.1 A Deputy Leader 19.2 A Treasurer 19.3 English Leader 19.4 Welsh Leader 19.5 Scottish Leader 19.6 Northern Ireland Leader 19.7 Party Secretary 19.8 Internet Leader 19.9 Party Advisor 19.10 Propaganda Officer 19.11 Recruitment Officer 19.12 Commonwealth Officer 19.13 Events Officer 19.14 Policies Officer

20. Positions within the NEC are subject to change at any time under the discretion of the Founder himself.

Part V

Regional Leaders, Area Leaders and Division Leaders 21. Party Leaders shall be appointed through the country to serve as the voice of the party in different areas of our nation 22. Party Leaders may only be appointed by the National Executive Committee 23.

The Duty of a Division Leader is: 23.1 To construct a local division of the Party in the area to which the Division Leader is appointed 23.2 To actively recruit and participate in local activism 23.3 To maintain a local presence on social media (the internet) 23.4 To report directly to the Area Leader 23.5 To rally men for national events, demonstrations and rallies 23.6 To arrange a 'meet-up' with local activists every week 23.7 To stand as a candidate in Local council elections

24.

The Duty of a Area Leader is: 24.1 To report directly to the Regional Leader 24.2 To maintain control, help and instruct divisional leaders 24.3 To recruit divisional leaders 24.4 To stand as a candidate in general elections 24.5 To maintain control over the area of the country that the Area Leader is appointed

25.

The Duty of a Regional Leader is: 25.1 To report directly to the Deputy Leader 25.2 To recruit Area Leaders 25.3 To control whole regions of Britain 25.4 To create, plan and enforce Party campaigns in Regions 25.5 To regulate Social Media activity 25.6 To form a “Shadow Cabinet� 25.7 To stand as a candidate in a General election

PART VI:

Conferences 26. 1 Party conference shall be called for every year on a decided date. The location of the party conference shall be decided upon by the NEC 27. Mini-Conferences shall be known as “Party Rallies�, these will be organised and announced on specific dates throughout the year 28. Attendance to conferences and rallies shall be charged at a healthy rate to support the Party 29. Security will be provided by the Party to protect it's members in the event of attacks by militant factions 30. It is expected that every party member shall do his or her best to attend a rally 31. Party rallies and conferences are subject to being recorded for party propaganda 32. Sub-Rallies may be organised by Division Leaders in local areas throughout the country. Venues such as pubs, halls and honourable public places may be used 33. Dress code for all Party members conferences shall be both smart and formal

Party Rules 35.

Rules regarding Behavioural conduct consist of: 35.1 A Party Member must act in a mature, rational and acceptable way 35.2 A Party Member will be respectful to elderly portions of society 35.3 A Party Member will avoid criminal activity 35.4 A Party Member will be a Gentleman or Lady

36.

Rules regarding social conduct consist of: 36.1 A Party Member will address his fellow member as “Comrade” or “Brother” 36.2 A Party Member will always put his fellow comrade first 36.3 A Party Member will always defend the views of the Party 36.4 A Party Member will never speak ill of the Founder 36.5 A Party Member shall always support his local community 36.6 A Party Member shall always endeavour to buy British and support his local British economy 36.7 A Party Member shall always do his best to respect Party authority

37.

Rules regarding the media consist of: 37.1 A Party Member shall never talk to the media, this is the duty of Party Leaders 37.2 A Party Member will recognise that the majority of Britain's Press is owned by the Zionist establishment

38.

Rules regarding the Left-Wing consist of: 38.1 A Party Member shall do his best to avoid the Left-Wing 38.2 A Party Member shall never legitimise the Left-Wing 38.3 A Party Member shall never explain himself to the Left-Wing

Part VIII Policy

39. All Party policy shall be approved by the Founder & Deputy Leader 40. Policy suggestions may only be submitted by the National Executive Committee 41.

All Policy is final

42. Policy as current is outlined on the 18-Point Plan which can be viewed upon request

Part IX Party Activism, demonstrations and event organising 43. A consistent level of public activism shall be expected of every member of this Party 44. National demonstrations may be called by the Party Leadership. It is expected of Party Members to attend national demonstrations and represent the Party 45. Event organising is encouraged by Party Leaders, especially those operating at the Divisional level. An event can consistent of anything that benefits the local community wholly 46. An Events Officer shall be appointed to serve on the NEC and arrange events for the Party as a whole 47. Party behavioural conduct shall be in full enforcement when events are public

Part X Party Discipline & Behavioural conduct 48. In accordance with Part VII, Party Members will be expected to follow the rules 49. In the event that a Party Member breaks the rules or acts in a way that damages the party, membership may be withdrawn on immediate effect 50. Party Members who have been expelled may request for an appeal to be made against the ruling by approaching a Party Leader and asking for this 51.

Party Leaders who break the rules or embarrass the Party will be subject to a disciplinary hearing and may lose their Party Leadership right

52. Party Members will be expected to follow the chain of command in place to ensure the best outcome for all involved 53. If a Party Member has a problem with another member then he must approach a Party Leader and explain the situation. Leaders are in place to remedy these issues.

Part XI Finances, Merchandise and Fundraising 54. All Party finances shall be dealt with by the appointed treasurer who will sit as main fund holder over the party bank account 55. Merchandise sold by the Party shall be of good quality, made in Britain and sold only to fund the Party. No singular person shall profit from merchandise 56. Donations shall be received by Party Leaders, processed by the treasurer and accounted for in the Party books 57.

All Fundraising conducted shall be done in accordance with the law of these lands and with full identification upon collection

58. Instead of just donating money, Party Members are also encouraged to donate items and resources that may prove beneficial to the Party as a whole 59. Investors, major donors and sponsors will be given the title of “Gold Member” within the Party in appreciation towards their generous contribution. Gold Members will be granted special audiences with the Founder Himself and given a place at NEC Meetings to discuss, suggest and contribute to the formation of this Party 60. One Party Bank account shall be opened up, this account will be monitored by the treasurer and accounted for by professional accountants. “Fund Holders” may be appointed and given access to this account by permission of the NEC

Part XII

Changes to the Constitution 61. Changes to the constitution may be made at any time by either the Deputy Leader or the Founder Himself 62. If a change to the constitution is made then this shall be announced through all Party channels and the amended version of the constitution published with immediate effect

Final Statement The leadership of this Party promises to uphold the constitution at all times and ensure that all Party conduct is followed to a professional and expected way. The words written in the constitution are final and as of 8th August, 2014; the Party constitution shall come into full effect.
