MENTORING INITIATIVE for Initiative Groups of AIESEC in Ukraine

Introduction WHY? This year AIESEC Ukraine run national Mentoring Initiative for Executive Board members of Initiative Group to ensure their leadership development and growth as personal and professional.

Mentoring in AIESEC Mentoring has been identified as one of the most crucial elements among the AIESEC Learning Environment. Mentoring helps individuals reach their full potential by providing them with a greater understanding of the skills, experience and behaviours needed to be successful.

Who is Mentor?

Dear AIESECers!! We invite you to participate in Mentoring Initiative and try yourself in a role of Mentor for EB member of Initiative Group of this year. ! We want to involve the current Executive Boards to this initiatives, to share your experience and to guide EB of IG in their personal & professional development.!

Mentor is an experienced AIESEC member, alumni. Mentor guides the Mentee so that he/she may achieve his/ her personal goals and professional growth.

Who & When?

You should apply if

Minimun 1 year of being in AIESEC; You are able to dedicate time to communicate with your Mentee (call, chats, meetings) and prepare needed information for work; You have MC/NST/LCP/LC VP experience

What is expected from mentor?

Be a willing participant for the initiative; Participate in Introduction Meeting for Mentor; Make meetings with menthe a priority, understanding that consistency is essential to building the relationship; Communicate openly; Take time to know your mentee; Act as role model; Share personal experience and stories to help with resolving similar issues;
