“Parker worked in collaboration with our structural engineer and HVAC and electrical contractors to open an unfinished section of attic in a Shaker Heights "century home." The opened attic space was designated to serve as the air handler location for a new whole house zoned AC installation. Power Built removed old insulation, installed 20' LVL beams (which were delivered through a third floor bedroom window!), replaced insulation, installed new flooring and installed a new Shaker style door to the new space, matching the styles already in use on the third floor of this large home. Various stages of Parker's construction work required tight coordination with the electrical and HVAC teams and ongoing regular updates to the homeowners. The project concluded successfully!”
