My (Agent) Dashboard This guide will focus on where and how to work with My Dashboard and Notices under Home.

My Dashboard

My Dashboard provides an overview of your business, regarding current contacts and their activities, leads, listings, and potential value.

The first row on My Dashboard displays statistics about your clients and activity.

- ​New Leads s​hows the total number of website leads for the past 30 days. - ​ New Contacts ​shows the total number of contacts that have registered in the past 30 days. - ​Recently Active​ shows the total number of clients who have logged onto the website past 30 days. ◦ This can include leads pending acceptance. - ​Total Contacts ​shows the total number of contacts and clients in your Contact List. - ​ Market Watch Emails ​shows the total number of Market Watch reports being sent. - ​ Monthly CRM Emails​ shows the total number of emails being sent from your CRM the past 30 days. - ​Contacts w/o Market Watch ​is the total number of contacts not receiving a Market Watch report - ​ Listings Views ​is the total number of Listing Views for your listings on all company websites. - ​ Unique Visits ​is the total number of unique visitors to your website for the past 30 days. - ​Total Listings​ shows the total number of your listings. ◦ ​If you have duplicate listings that display in your Listings Manager, they will be removed from the number that displays on My Dashboard. All sections are clickable so you can view details for each number displayed.

• The last section displays the potential value of the clients in your CRM

. - ​Total Pipeline​ is the sum of Client Nurturing and Listing Commissions. - ​Client Nurturing ​is the sum of the average Listing Detail Page Views and Saved Favorites for each client within the past 180 days multiplied by the commission rate (default is 2.5%) multiplied by a conversion rate of 25%. • ​Listing Commissions​ is the sum of all active listings multiplied by the commission rate. - Click the ​gear icon​ to set and save your commission rate (the default setting is 2.5%) which will alter the displayed value.

My (Agent) Dashboard


• The ​Client Activity​ grid displays all the following and sorted in this order:

- New ​Hot Leads​ within the past 14 days indicated by the red rocket icon. ◦ Hot Leads are leads where the client has inquired on a listing or requested an appointment via a form on the website. These can also include leads that may have come in from third party sources and leads designated by your admin. - New ​Activity Leads​ that need you to accept or decline indicated by a gold star icon. - Clients with ​recent activity​ within the past 14 days (green person icon). - Clients​ recently added​ within the past 14 days (blue person and plus icon). - ​Inactive Clients ​that have been inactive for the past 90 - 180 days (gray person icon). ◦ This is a random selection of up to 10 clients. - Clicking on the Client name/ID will take you to ​Contact > Activity​ to view more details. • ​Newest Listings​ displays up to 20 of your newest listings.

- It will display the MLS#, Property Address, City, and List Price. - It will also display if the property information is complete by color and percentage. ◦ Hover over the bar to see what additional information is needed to complete the listing. - Click on the ​MLS#​ ​link​ to go the listing to update. • ​My Reports ​displays all account-level reports categorized by area; ​Leads, Listings, and Website. -

Simply click on the link to select criteria and view the report.

Customize your Dashboard • ​On My Dashboard, you can hide sections by clicking the arrow in the top right corner of each section.

• You can also rearrange the order of each section by holding a left click on the handle in the left top corner to 'drag and drop'.

Notices • Notices are announcements from your company.

• Current notices will display upon login and under ​Unread Messages​, if being tracked. • ​Recent Messages​ and ​Archived Messages​ are past announcements.

Print Marketing Listing Presentation / Marketing Presentation The Listing Presentation is your best asset during a first appointment with a potential seller. The LP includes all the services that E&V can provide to your future customer. The Marketing Presentation follows the listing property and provides the seller with a structured analysis of advantages and disadvantages of his or her property in order to present a clearly comprehensible market value.

Exposé 2 or 4 detailled pages about the property, with the best pictures to leave on place for every showing and open house at the property. The 4 page exposés are recommended for listings above $1,000,000.

Window Exposé Our network is one of our greatest strengths. Engel & Völkers is encouraging cross-selling from agency to agency. With a 1 page Window Exposé a property can be distributed among the shops most liable to attract your future buyers.


Green Flyer The Green Flyer is a 1 page poster that you place in a plastic box in front of the property. Often associated with a “for sale� sign, the green flyer briefly describes the listing and attracts the attention of potential buyers.

Postcard Postcard is your indispensable marketing tool to distribute the right message to the right audience. How to use Rezora? How to subscribe? To subscribe to a Rezora account please reach out to your marketing manager.

How to edit a company Newsletter/Rezora? Monthy Newsletters will be created by your marketing manager and uploaded to your Rezora account templates on the 1st of each month. The newsletter will be fully complete, however if you need to make any changes to it, here’s how to do so: CREATE A NEW REZORA PIECE • Go on Marketing Material • Click on “Manage Marketing Materials” • “Create New Marketing Piece” • Select a template: example “Monthly Newsletter Long Beach” EDIT THE REZORA PIECE • Click on “Add General Content” • Add a title on the top TO CHANGE A PICTURE: - Select the picture that you want to change - Click on the picture icon in the tools bare - When the pop-up window appears click on the research icon in “Source” - In MoxieManager, you can choose a picture that is already upload in your documents file or upload a new one - To upload a new one: Click on “Upload”, drag your file on the box, click on “Upload” and when the file is 100% downloaded, click on “Close” - Change the dimensions of the picture: Always use dimensions under 750 x n. The high of the picture is automatically proportional to the larger but if you uncheck “Constrain proportions” you can choose it - Click on “Ok” to conclude this edit


CHANGE A TEXT: - Click on the text and write or copy what you want - Be careful if you copy a text to keep the first later of the older text to keep the same font and size - To change the font, the size or put the text in bold: Select the text and use the different tools in the bare ADD A LINK: - Select the text or the picture that you want to link - Click on the little link icon on the tools bare - Copy the url address in “Url” - For “Target” always choose “New window” - Click on “Ok” to finish it CREATE A TABLE TO STRUCTURE YOUR REZORA PIECE: - If you create a new Rezora piece or add new section to one template, you always need to create a table to insert your pictures or text. And the dimension need to be 750 x n - On the tools bare, select “Table”, then go on “Table” again, choose the number of columns you want - To change the dimensions of the table, center it, etc. Go on “Table properties” - You can insert pictures, text, etc. To save your edits, click on “Save and continue” SEND OUT THE REZORA PIECE • On the left side, click on “Distribute” • You have different options, but to send it out to a contact list, choose “Select email recipients” Your marketing team can help you to upload your contact list into your account. • Drag the “Distribution List” that you want to use to the “Recipients” • You can “Send now” the Rezora piece or “Schedule for later” SEE THE STATISTICS OF THE REZORA PIECE • In “Manage Marketing Materials”, scrawl down to “Completed Marketing Pieces” and click on the Rezora piece’s title to know more about the statistics

ASSIGNED REQUESTS Requests are assigned to available and proper staff allowing the request to be handled by the appropriate person. TRACKING & PRIORITIZING A centralized job log will help prioritize and track advisor requests. FASTER COMPLETION The form allows for proper information and assets to be included with the request to help complete the task faster. QUALITY CONTROL Proofs will be uploaded into AirTable for review by Marketing Manager or other before sending to advisor for ensuring quality control and brand compliance.
