Alpha Epsilon Winter 2012 Newsletter

From the President

My name is Rachel Seidman and I am the 2012 president of Alpha Epsilon. A little bit about myself, I am a third year sociology major from Granite Bay, California. I absolutely love to bake pies, cupcakes and anything else I can think up. Not only do I love to bake but I also spend my free time playing ukulele. Since I joined Alpha Epsilon back in 2009, I have seen myself grow into a leader. Being a member of Greek Life was, and continues to be, the best decision of my college experience. Throughout my time in the sorority I have watched our girls and our chapter grow into something great. Everyone has been working so hard to make Alpha Epsilon one of the best sororities on campus. Between getting highest GPA in all of Greek Life, and wining runner up for sorority of the year, I continue to be impressed with what this group of girls has to offer. I know that we cannot thank you enough for what you started and we hope we can achieve what you always wanted. BMBDS,

Rachel Seidman Dear Alumni, My apologies for getting the Winter 2012 newsletter to you so late! It’s been a crazy semester with extention, participating in philanthropies, and, as Rachel says, making AE one of the best sororities on campus. I haven’t met most of you, but I feel like I know you by reputation. Alpha Epsilon’s alumni legacy is the undercurrent running through every Sunday meeting, every major decision, and everything we do as sisters of AE. We’re so honored to have an alumni network that cares so much about us! We are trying to stay more connected to you as our futures move faster. The lovely Alexis Levy recently gave our website, www.sloae.com, and nice makeover. We try to update it pretty often, so check up for the latest! If you ever want to know information about the goings on of Alpha Epsilon, please don’t hesitate to contact myself or any of the other sisters. We would be more than happy to keep you in the know! Look for the next newsletter for Spring 2012 before the Cal Poly school year is up. I hope you are all finding success in the next chapters of your lives, and that you keep AE in your hearts whatever happens. BMBDS,

Natalie DeLossa Publicity chair
