CORN HARVESTING
Maizestorm rigid&foldable Nardi rigid and foldable corn heads operate with all combine types thanks to a wide range of adaptors frames.
Frames Frames are welded with cataphoresis treatment and the row unit gear box are integrated in the frame iself. Gathering chains are always kept at the right tension thanks to a spring assisted mechanic system. Milking rollers Milking rollers can be supplied with bolted blades or with self sharpening welded winglets. The snapping plates can be controlled electrically or hydraulically. Their opening width can be controlled by the cabin. All the head is protected by safety clutches. Transmission chains are in oil bath automatically lubricates even during harvesting. Foldable heads when closed have all a dimension who allow road circulation.
Stalk choppers Stalk chopper gear boxes are positionated in a lateral forward position and their widesizes rotating knives cover almost all the milking rollers area for a fast and high quality chopping result. Chopper can be activated \ deactiveted by a simple lever in any moment and it also has a particular mechanic system to prevent chain stress when power comes from combine at first accension.

Row divider kit - elements in rubber for keeping in order the chopped stems facilitating eventual gathering. Rotating sunflower kit consists of one additional gear equipped with knives and connected to the belts of row group. Each kit can be mounted and dismounted from the header. This operation requires about 30-40min. for each row group.

Sunstorm rows rigid&foldable Nardi Sunstorm rows sunflower headers are build both in rigid and foldable frames and they can operate with all combines models on the market thanks to their wide range of adapters.
Gently guide Head is entirely designed to gently harvest flowers, contain seeds and minimize losses. Row units Each row unit is covered by a large concave pan who drive flowers to the augher and contain seeds eventually falling from shattering. Main auger is built to guarantee a continuous flows of product to the combine. Each row unit is protected by its own clutch and cardan shaft is completely protected by supporting carters and prolonged with additional shafts in order to minimize rotational effort.

Is a simple system but very effective system. It consist in two gathering chains –instead of one –equipped with specifically shaped rubber theets or ondulated Rubber belts who wrap and strongly clamp the flower’s stock avoiding any shacking and minimizing losses. Two sharpened disks rotate under the the initial part of the row unit crossing each other to immediately cut all the stocks with a scissor effect. Metal concave pans cover the space among the rows and – thanks to their shape – collect all the seeds eventually falling from flowers\plants

An external shaft receive power from main transmission\s and it connects all the row units. Protection from Excessive torques forces is assured by the main clutch. (Each row units also has a dedicated clutch).

Flexible platform for soy and cereals The flexible rigid moving platform for soya and cereals operates with all combines makes and models. It is supplied with the SCH cutting system. This flexible platform can be used to harvest, besides soya, several types of cereals. On request the platform can be supplied with a blade with open teeth. The harvesting wheel is operated by a variable speed pump with the possibility of adjusting the spring’s inclination. The feeding auger has adjustable retractile fingers on all its length. The hydraulic transmission is independent from the one of the combine. The cutting blade gear box is driven by a belt with a spring turnbuckle by a belt with a spring turnbuckle.

Pickup The Pick-Up header is simple and strong with a long working run, in production from many years and used in all the world.
Perfect fitting The Pick-Up operates with all combines makes and models. Feeding auger The feeding auger is supplied with adjustable retractile fingers on all its length. Gathering belt The gathering belt is made of belts with an useful cut of, each belt is provided with 36 springs on 9 rows. The gathering belts speed, hydraulically controlled, is adjustable from the cabin.
