Gentle, joint-safe exercises developed specifically for people with arthritis or musculoskeletal conditions, fibromyalgia, COPD, and anyone who is sedentary with limited or impaired jointmobility. This program will help relieve stiffness, strengthen muscles, improve balance and decrease arthritis pain. Low-impact exercises can be done while sitting, standing or on the floor. General Woodworking will teach basic woodworking skills, home shop safety, use of hand and power tools, and project cost estimation.
