THE HISTORY Zanotti S.p.A is a world leader of industrial refrigeration and air treatments. In fact, the company has 50 years of experience in the sector. The company was founded in 1962. It started as a family operated business, but immediately was able to develop its potential leading position by conceiving a revolutionary compact refrigerating unit called UNIBLOCK. SECTOR: FOOD REFRIGERATION In order for food to have a medium to long shelf life, it must be handled in different ways and kept at different temperatures. This is precisely why there are different ways to handle food (refrigerating, freezing, deep freezing, drying, ...) Refrigeration stops food decomposition. In fact, placing food under intensely cold temperatures allows us to preserve its organoleptic properties over a long period of time.
